“I had a bad experience. The Sherpa I ordered is very thin and not soft at all. At the price I paid, I expect a better quality product. I communicated my dissatisfaction and my desire to return it and I got the answer that I cannot return it because I used a discount code with no apologies. Even at $45 this thin shirt that you call a Sherpa is not worth it. I wouldn’t have paid more than $10 for this had I felt it and tried it on in person first. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product and the customer service. I would not recommend to a friend.”

“I have been a customer for a while now, and I cannot seem to find anything that fits. I accidentally bought something that was on pre order , on sale. I cannot return and that is just ridiculous. It may have been in the returns section, yes and a big mistake on my part. The return policy is just garbage and I will not be giving any of my business to y’all anymore. Tired of throwing money away for no damn reason because y’all are too boujee to except store credit for non final sale items. I’m just done at this point..... take care”

“The items arrived in the time span allotted But I’ve tried contacting them multiple times about exchanging an item and no response both email and insta . The specifications on the size of the dress is what I chose and the dress ended up too big now I have a dress I paid for , stuck with cuz it doesn’t fit and no one to help me do anything about it . “A one star review is too much. I'll start with the cowprint sherpa that I ordered from this company. The outside looks nice, the inside however feels like the underside of a cheap scratchy rug. The log on the outside is GINORMOUS and just looks tacky. I ordered a small and its incredibly too long. Looks like a dress more than a sweater. Second, the customer service is awful. A terrible product bought anywhere else wouldve resulting in a paid return box and a refund. False advertising is all the women posing in these ads smiling like they're wearing a brand new northface or carhartt sweater. No way they truly think this sweater is worth the $63 I paid for it... Absolutely disappointing and they want to be known for their great quality products. Buyers stay away.... far away... I've also filed a complaint with the BBB even though they aren't certified.”

“I am upset that my first purchase with SFC can not be exchange because it was a “final” sale item.... Even though it’s the sequin shoes that you all constantly advertise. Also, I ordered a size 7 and it’s literally is the size of an 8(If you measure it technically it’s even more). Poor experience for me!”

“I saw the Glitter bombs and then asked if they didn’t fit-could I return! The response I got was “yes!” I ordered them, sure enough- they didn’t fit! I sent request to return/exchange and the return was rejected! I was furious!! I called, emailed, sent messenger messages and still waiting after a week and half of trying to get someone to help me! I even sent pic of messages which was sent to me saying I could return before I even ordered! I keep getting ‘Bot messages and no response from customer service! This company had terrible customer service, and I am still angry that no one has attempted to reach out even though I sent email, messenger messages, and I left voicemail!! Terrible customer service!!”
