Hello, I ordered a pair of the glitter bomb sneakers a few weeks ago and when I received them a few days ago they do not fit. They are too small. I am an 8 1/2 and sized up to 9 like you said to but they still don’t fit. When I called, I was told you will not exchange them due to the sale price. It did not say that anywhere on the website. I clicked an ad on Facebook which took me directly to the page with the glitter bomb shoes. Nowhere on there did it say that there would be no exchanges or returns. But now I am just going to be out of the money with a pair of shoes I can’t wear? I am appalled that you think this is how to run a business. I would not have bought the shoes if I knew there could not be any exchanges. You did not put that information on the page or anywhere in the check out process and that is not my fault. I would like to be refunded or exchanged for a size 10 glitter bomb sneaker. After looking over your social media pages, it seems I’m not the only one with this issue. I’ve talked with a few other people who have said you decided to actually fix their issue. You need to fix mine too please. This isn’t fair. Was told I couldn’t get a refund for the difference of a black friday deal that wasn’t added to my order. Terrible customer service!

I was sent wrong size shoes. After four days finally got through to customer service and was told that I ordered the wrong size but we can help you exchange them no problem. I do the exchange form to find out you refuse to exchange for same item because I used a discount code. Too bad you’re stuck with wrong size. Thanks for nothing. Terrible customer service and blame the customer for mistakes. Nice job. I won’t be buying anything from this site again.

I would literally give zero stars if it were an option. The customer service is terrible and they find every little loophole to avoid giving a refund or exchange. I couldn't even get an exchange for the same dress in a different size because I bought it on sale? Took over a month and a half to receive my order and have never been so disappointed in a company. Needless to say, I won't need the 10% offer they're trying to send to get me to leave this review.

Unfortunately my one encounter with his company was buying a single item. Some of the glitter bomb shoes, following all the tips I sized up. Turns out they were too big. And this company very coldly said nothing they could do, they won't take a return. So now I'm out $25 with a pair of shoes I can't wear. Pretty evident the company would rather just take another 20 to $30 from my pocket rather than make a happy customer. Which is what it is, that's how they like to run things.Bummer, really wanted wear these!

This order took entirely too long to get. I order from several online stores. And I neverrrr have to wait this long for a shipment. Even once it shipped it took for everrr to get here.

I got a pair of e Black Friday glitter bomb shoes as a gift for my daughter’s birthday. I had to guess on size and they were too small. All I wanted to do is exchange them, NOT get my money back. Not with this company. Terrible service. Don’t spend your money.

Misrepresentation of merchandise and poor customer service. These are the shoes I received and this is how they’re shown on the website. Totally different color!!! Hard to reach customer service and when I finally did I was denied a refund.

Beware of their return policy they do not honor what they have printed in the return policy. I attempted to return to blouses and they rejected it saying it was not qualifying for a return which in fact that was untrue. I emailed customer support and never heard anything back so I'm stuck with two blouses that do not fit.

I just ordered the red sequin duster and had to pay full price shipping on it. That definitely inhibits me from wanting to ever order again. Item has not been delivered yet. The dress I ordered prior to duster, again paying shipping, was delivered on time. I've never paid shipping for any hair products, facial products or other clothing boutiques so it makes me really angry to have to pay the shipping at Southern Fried Chic's.

I would be much happier if they would fix the error on my order and respond to emails regarding it. I get numerous emails about sales but they shipped wrong size and I can't seem to get to anyone to get it corrected. Tried refund and was told no, I'm okay with that but company should offer to exchange it for the correct size when they are ones that shipped wrong size to begin with.

I purchased a sequin jacket. When I tried it on, the sequins ripped my hair out. I have long hair, it got tangled in the sequins like Velcro. I immediately wrote to SFC asking for shipping label to return the jacket. I was told that because the jacket was On Sale that they wouldn’t except the return. I shop on other online sites that when I’m checking out and paying; I’m notified immediately that I’m purchasing an item that is not returnable. I feel that it is sneaky and unfair that I’m stuck with a jacket I will never wear.

My review for year is a really shitty I ordered James two months ago and still don’t have them he told me that I would have them by November and they are not here and your reasoning behind this is they were special order or any type of special order still should not take over two months

Waited two months and finally when they came in I tried them on and the button fell off. I got a size a six which should have fit bit was entirely to big the material is thin and is starting to fall apart at the seams after one wash. Not really worth money. Will not be a returning customer.
