My order said it was shipped. Said 2 items were in my package. Only 1 item was there. Emailed and no response.

I’m still waiting on a refund. Communication has been a nightmare and my shirt showed up with a whole in it.

Love the clothes and accessories hate the customer service and delivery time and notice of every order which has been several and may not be anymore.

Takes forever to get a response...... all I receive is unwanted emails to order problems. Then a week later someone emails you. Pitiful....... then the lady I finally spoke with got upset and cried because I was upset with the customer service!!! Gave me the “I’m the only one here” speech. Well, I’m sorry but you need to hire enough people to effectively run your day to day operation. Done with SFC. Still haven’t gotten my shoes , Don’t expect I will either.

Hello, I never write reviews but I will for you guys. I’m highly Disappointed in the quality of your items and your service. I shop a lot at small online boutiques and yours has been by far the worst experience.. originally ordered the pink hat it came to me so smashed and you guys blamed it on the postal service which is fine but at the end of the day you should package your products better. Then you gave me a store credit when I only wanted my money back it took months for me to get the items I didn’t even want and they came separate- shirt was too big, Bralette way too small and I got a 1 x which is bigger than my normal size - and the 30 peace necklace is not worth 30 dollars at all. I won’t be doing business with you guys again... thank you for the opportunity to share my view

Unfortunately right now my review is not a good one. I pre-ordered an item, because I’d been happy with some previous purchases. The item was purchased when the return policy stated it could only be returned for store credit, which I was fine with. Once I received the order o was disappointed to find it fit me all wrong so I contacted customer support to return and was told it was now considered final sale under a new policy. I reached out with several emails and got through to someone on messenger, but once I mentioned my concern was ignored and never received another response. It’s unfortunate because I love a lot of the items, but the lack of response and customer service I’ve experienced with this last order had left me not wanting to be a return customer.

Would not allow me to return my shoes. So I had to return them myself by returning to sender. They were way off on size and honestly cheaply made.

The dress that I ordered (M) fits like an XL. Company wont email me back regarding refund or return my calls (left voicemail)

I am very disappointed, I ordered two dresses in October way before thr holiday rush! And now I'm being told your sold out of my sizes, which I don't understand when one of the dresses was a pre-order which mean you should have ordered my size!! So here it is 2 months later and still no dresses. So now I have nothing to wear for Christmas or new years!! Thanks for ending 2020 shitty!!

I understand the Sherpa’s state they are oversized on the website and I was ok with it being a little big. However it does not state that oversized means being 3xs bigger than what it should be. The xl is really a 3X. A normal xl fits me perfect! Their version of an oversized xl goes down past my knees. Will never order from there again due to this. It’s too much of a hassle to exchange or return. I’m stuck with 3 Sherpas I cannot wear

I ordered a Sherpa pullover and it was beautiful and plush. Unfortunately inside the garment leaves an enormous amount of fabric particles. I have used lint rollers and brushes to remove it so I can wear it, but the won’t stop shredding. I’m so sad because I can’t wear it:(

Very disappointed with shipping and customer service. I ordered something for my girlfriend for Christmas in December 3rd it’s now December 17th and still haven’t gotten an update after reaching out to them.

Needs improvement on their customer service. You can’t get through to anyone I’ve tried all communication through the company. It’s a joke.. My order was not fulfilled, I ordered 3 shirts and only received 2. I would like my refund for the shirt I didn’t receive. Order #994620.. also they deleted my comments on their social media, they only want good comments. So evidently they saw my comments on social media, and I still haven’t heard anything back from them. Poor way to run a business. My order was placed on November 5th. I’m not very happy with them as you can see..

I forgot to add a discount code on a purchase,(that was not a back order item) so I emailed and asked if it could be applied to the purchase. The answer was no. It’s been 3 weeks and I still have not received the purchase but an email saying The order was custom made and processing the order would take longer. This item is not a customized item,( there iwere no names added or anything special requested)this item was ordered as it shown on their website. Very disappointing.
