“Do not have very good customer service. Took 45 days to get my shipment and that was after I had called, and emailed several times. Website states 14-15 days. Only after I told them I was disputing the charges that occurred on the day i ordered, did my items get shipped”

“I did write a review but it was clearly taken down. Worse customer service EVER! I waited 2 years to get these boots and they are too tight and no one will work with me to exchange them for 1 size up. Beyond ridiculous and I will NEVER buy from your company again. They are also very cheaply made!”

“I wanted to love this company I really did. But when they constantly promote sale after sale and can’t deliver then that’s bad business. Even last years reviews say the same thing so they aren’t trying to improve. I ordered a pre order for December and asked if it would arrive by Christmas BEFORE I ordered and they responded yes. But now one order hasn’t even shipped and one is super late and now they are saying it’s January mid to late preorder but when I ordered it was December because I knew I was moving. I sadly won’t order again. I’ve received one item from a 3rd order and it was their printed T and the medium is HUGE like ridiculously huge like a night shirt. I was disappointed in that as well. Super bummer.”

Reached out to customer service and got nothing back except that someone will try to help. Yet you guys are able to post 100 videos on social media but can't seem to answer emails. “I ordered a pair of boots, and it took them three months to get to me. After contacting them, i was made aware they were “pre-order”. When they finally arrived i had to pay the postage due on them before even receiving them. Look back on my receipt and i was supposed to get free shipping. The customer service is horrible and their advertisements never say anything about pre-order. After my experience and reading all the reviews, i will never shop here again.”

All scuffed and torn and dirty! I've reached out to customer service over 10 times with no response still!!! I had to give my niece these boots like they were. “I purchased 2 sherpa sweaters despite their being labled the same; one was warm and soft on the inside the other feels like the back of an area rug against my skin. The one that is soft inside was poorly made and one of the pockets has a 2 inch tear in it from being missed in the sewing process, I can fit 3 fingers through the pocket. I have yet to receive a response for the damaged and poorly constructed product. I absolutely love the concept of the store; the clothes, colors, styles and realistic sizes of the models but the clothes seem to be really lacking in quality that a $50+ sweater should have. I realize that things do happen but if this is not resolved I will have no problem not purchasing again and passing on my experience to others.”
