Love the product, but they shorted me on an order of a pair of black glitter bomb shoes, emailed every email I could find asking about it with photos of my package and packing slip, and I get automated “we got message, but were busy, will get back to you” reply only. Emailed 4 times and still no reply. Good luck on order being correct and ever getting a reply for it!

The cow print shoes that were ordered did not look like the picture and there is a no refund option with them. Very frustrating. Also the size 9 that was ordered was to small!

I emailed you telling you that I had ordered the wrong shoe size not once did a person email me to let me know that they would help me., and now I’m stuck with some shoes that I bought that doesn’t even fit me..

Was not happy with my dress at all, took forever to receive it and when I did I was disappointed. The stitching on the dress is horrible, nothing lines up and the bottom of the dress wasn't even hemmed. I figured since I had to wait so long and paying about $140.00 for a dress that it would be what I am paying for, looks like something you order from WISH, and on top of it you can not get tour money back, store credit only.

Great clothing, EXTREMELY poor customer service. I have sent over 5+ emails, comments on social media - facebook, instagram, etc. The response I get is that the emails will be responded to in the order they are received. The emails were sent in October. So no one checks emails for months? I understand COVID is an issue, but the reviews I have seen are all the same about customer service being a huge issue. Why not hire some people to answer emails? It's a reoccurring issue with other people too. Still haven't received my preorder, not update on it as it was supposed to be shipped in October. Still have no update on my exchange that was returned back in October. But yet I can get a response on social media when I leave a negative comment, but the issue isn't resolved. It's ridiculous. I will not be shopping here again. Nor will I recommend this boutique to anyone. It's gone way down hill from what it used to be. Very disappointed to say the least.

I hate to leave a negative review, but hopefully someone sees this and saves them the trouble that I am in. This dress looked nothing like the picture, the quality and color were off.. not to mention how oversized it was.. I ordered a small and it fit like a large.. now I’m stuck with having to purchase from the store again since they only do store credit.. seriously $70 down the drain 😭

The dress arrived very late, made in China. It was not even stitched properly. What a terrible experience! I will never order from this website again!!

As beautiful as everything appears in the photographs, I have been greatly disappointed with every item I’ve purchased. Everything is incredibly expensive considering EVERY single item is made in China… So I have already decided I will no longer be purchasing from southern fried chics

I am disappointed. I had received a text that a dress I wanted was back in stock so I ordered it immediately. After a week I sent them an email asking for a tracking number. The dress was actually on presale. I ended up getting it over a month later and it don’t even fit and the quality is subpar. I tried emailing them about an exchange and have yet to hear back. And unfortunately they can’t take returns right now just store credits, which I have zero interest in ordering again. Poor customer service and product.

After multiple attempts to contact customer service through email, Facebook, Instagram, and text message I have been unable to connect with this company regarding a return. The customer service has been shockingly horrible. I will never buy from this company again.

Was definitely not satisfied with any of the experience that I had. Ordered a pre order September was suppose to ship early October didnt ship till late October contacted customer service to cancel my order or an update and took do long to get a response then the dress finally arrived way late than needed so now I have to ship that back just huge inconvenience

The dress I recieved fit so differently than how it looked in the pictures. I immediately went to return it and there is no option of sending it back and getting a full refund. When I emailed the company about it, I never got a response. I call that poor customer service.

I ordered from this company and needed to exchange a dress. I emailed them for help. Got one response. Their standard, we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. After over a week and 5 more emails from me, nothing! I feel very disappointed. I feel some kind of response would at least make you think they care. The customer service for southern fried chicks is the worst I've seen. I recommend never buying from this company because they will not fix anything that might be wrong with your order.

I was sent the wrong item, a dress instead of a romper. Have been trying to get a hold of customer service daily for the last week and have had no response! 😣

As a first time customer, I have to say I am disappointed. I ordered two dresses both size small. One fits like an XS while the other fits like a L. Additionally, I was under the impression I was purchasing from an “American” company. The “made in China” tags ruined that.

The sizes are not true to size. I ordered a dress and jacket both large and are truly a size 4-6.

I loath the way you guys conduct business. Everything you have done to conduct business is for your convenience Not the customer. From poor product pictures and descriptions, too your no refund policy!!! Then the pre order sales is just stupid! You also don’t make it clear enough it is a pre order. I ordered once from you and read you had a cash refund but then within a few weeks just before Thanksgiving, you changed that, didn’t make it clear and I got stuck with a credit. I finally ordered something’s just to resell them because there was no way I was letting you keep my money. When I contacted you and explained my situation you did not have one thing that would fit me you and would not even answer my questions or acknowledge my email. Cowardly not to answer! #notcustomerfriendly #storecreditonly

I am highly disappointed. I pre-ordered an item, which was posted as a delivery time towards the end of September. There was ZERO communication about the delay in delivery times. I reached out to them via email multiple times and kept getting the generic response "Thank you for contacting us, blah blah blah." However I never got an updated delivery time.
