“Called requesting to return a dress. Was told a shipping label was emailed to me. Never received it. Today I tried using the BOGO sale on dresses - which allegedly expires at midnight - and the sale isn’t honored in my time zone (Hawaii). I’m beyond frustrated!”

I ordered almost $400 worth of items and out of everything three things I sent back! I returned because they are damaged, did not get a refund though”

“I bought a dress through SFC. Well it was too big. So I returned it and thought I’d get my money back. Nope! Got a store credit. So I couldn’t find anything else. Figured I’d just buy the shoes to just use it and get something. Well for $60.00 shoes these are GOD awful. Made in China. Hurt as soon as I put them on. No cushion or support. I’ll never be doing business with SFC again!”

“I haven't even received my order yet and your asking for a review? I emailed support about it and they said it's a pre-order even though that size was not listed on the website as a pre-order. The pre order process needs to be refined. Or better described in the website. I was then told I'd be getting another link for shipping because they canceled my last. But Have not received anything. I don't mind ordering pre order but the process is confusing they way you have it listed it only looked like the the sizes listed were on back order not all of them. I wanted to wear this for my wedding but now may not get to.”
