“I was not a fan of this dress. It was a lot more gold then the pictures showed and had far more glitter that got all over my floors like I opened a Christmas box. The material was rough and scratchy and the fit was as unflattering as it gets. Not one person that I showed the picture to liked this dress. It made me look a lot larger than I am and the bust was extremely low cut and wide. Considering the price of the dress I expected a higher end look and it made me feel like I was wearing the cheapest dress to a highschool homecoming dance (not a good look for a 30yr women). I definitely would not recommend this dress and considering the return policy is extremely difficult and when I went through the messenger help option prior to my purchase and felt ignored I wouldn't personally recommend purchasing anything.”

“The first dress I ordered showed in stock, but after the order was placed it was put on backorder. Even though the order was cancelled, I still have yet to receive my refund, after 2 weeks of waiting. I ordered a new dress the same day that I cancelled the first order, and it came in, and the 3XL is a size larger than I normally would wear, yet it is tight, short, and VERY low cut, and the worst part is, I have not received the first refund, and won't be able to get my money back for the second dress, only in store credit, and I do not wish to shop here ever again.. Nothing like what the picture represented. I am super disappointed in my first attempt shopping here.”

“Already reported you to the BBB Send packages that have no insurance Ruined my engagement pictures by the dresses not delivering at ALL and then refused to give me my money back. Wanted to give me a store credit but I will never shop here again because you can’t even track you packages appropriately. Absolutely terrible”

“I placed an order on July 13 and on July 23 I received my package. What was sent is not what I ordered. I sent a message on July 23 and July 30 through the website under “contact us.” I still have not heard back from Southern Fried Chics. I know both my messages were sent since I received an email confirmation right after I sent them to my personal email and have communicated through the website before when I had a question about an item being back in stock from June 2020. I am really disappointed with the customer service and I have an item that was sent to me that I did not even order and was not sent the item I ordered. At this point I would just like a refund, what I had ordered was for an event and I had to go find something else.”

“Sad. In total, I've purchased 5 dresses. They are not true to size and the colors are more vibrant online than they are in person. One speghetti strap was sewn on twisted. I returned one dress at my cost and received a store credit. Eager to use the credit and no longer be a customer, I ordered my last two items... Once again, they do not fit correctly. I'm 5'7" and 128lbs. The items are baggy in some areas and fit well in other areas. I will consider this to be another lesson learned....”

“I’ve sent numerous messages and a few emails and I have yet to get a response !!! I have a credit that should have been applied to a recent order ! I have asked several times to have this issue resolved and NO one from your company has bothered to respond !!!! I have not had a good experience with your company with items I have ordered in the past and I have a credit that Either needs to be credited back to my account or a gift card of some kind sent to me somehow !!!”

“Size chart online is incorrect so when ordering by that size chart the dress was way to big. I sent back a week and 2 days ago. Have not heard anything. Sent 2 emails regarding the issue and still have not heard back. So so far the $69.95 dress has cost me $21.95 in shipping alone and I still do not have a dress or a credit for my return. Horrible service so far.”

“Customer service never responded to my emails, shipping takes close to two weeks, I paid extra for two day shipping and my items weren’t even marked as shipped for three business days, then arrived three business days later. I paid 39$ to have a dress shipped quickly for my 30th birthday and it arrived nearly a week after it was needed. I also sent customer service and email about returning and refunding and item, it’s been over a week and I’ve never gotten a response. I will NEVER order from them again or recommend them.”

“So I ordered the rhinestone pair of Sandals the berkenstock style size 11 when they arrived there was a sticker covering the number 42 on the bottom. They are not a size 11. Cause my daughter is a size 9 and they fit her foot perfect. Just disappointed!!!”

“This company should be shut down. They don’t even deserve a star. By far the worst customer service. I ordered a romper and it was sent WEEKS late. Not only that but I was sent the wrong size. I emailed and was treated terribly. I told them I can’t print the return label because I have no printer. I tried contacting them again and have been ignored. Then I tried calling, the woman was so unprofessional and rude and had the audacity to hang up on Me. By far the worst company on the internet. I will never shop here again.”
