“I ordered the enchanted nights sequin dress May 21st. I saw on IG that it would be delivered mid June. I got this dress for my wedding mid July. There was no shipping confirmation till I emailed the company asking if my order would be shipped soon. There was no contact saying the dress would be late either. I received the order July 1st. The dress looks nothing like the picture and I am highly upset over this purchase. I will not be ordering from this company again. The dress clearly was tailored for the model in the picture. I ordered an XS because I’m a size 0 and it looks so boxy on me. It didn’t fit at all. On IG it stated that the dress fits true to size and it doesn’t. The detail on the dress was pretty but it’s definitely not worth the money or wait for the purchase. Also the dress is so bulky and itchy. It has way too much fabric. If you purchase this dress set aside time for it to be totally redone by a tailor. The quality looks pretty on IG but in person it looks very cheap.”

“Eventually I will learn to stop purchasing from this company. I have actually received 1/3 orders that I have placed in the past 6 months. The other two orders were so delayed that it wasn't worth waiting for the items any longer. Shipping is SLOW. So be prepared to wait MONTHS for your items to arrive.”

“I am very upset with your company. I ordered a pre order dress for November and didn’t receive it until December (very late ). I had ordered the dress for a Christmas party we attended ( without the dress) and I paid well over 100 dollars for the dress and also a pair of boots. I have tried to reach out to you and I was shut down. I will never purchase anything else from you again, which is to bad because I have told all my friend how I loved your stuff , now it will be how horrible the customer service is.. I am very frustrated with the way you handled my issue., you can look into my account and see ALL OF MY PURCHASES. which will be NEVER AGAIN. Kathy.”
