“Being honest, I’m kind of disappointed in my experience with SFC. This was my first order after following on fb for a long time. It took 2 weeks + 1 day to receive my order which is standard for them. The dress that I got (the cosmic cowgirl dress) was WAY to big. The model is smaller than me and it looks like it fits her so well in the pictures. I also ordered a small and it swallows me. It was on sale so of course I can’t return it. But after looking into the return policy, they don’t offer returns at all! That’s crazy to me since they are an online boutique and online shopping is trial and error. Unfortunately it’s too expensive to be gambling on clothes that may not fit and take so long to receive. I’m super bummed because I had really high hopes for them!”

“The dress I purchased was made very cheaply. It had been stitched through at the straps one time. I ordered the dress for engagement photos and the day of photos before I could put it on the strap broke. I’ve reached out previously hoping someone could help. I’ve yet to have any feedback from the poor quality product I received.”

“Everything I’ve order has taken 3-4 weeks to come!! The stuff I ordered was totally over priced and not worth wait. The shirt was so big .. I don’t have the patience to wait a month for another. When it says blinged out it was 15 rhinestones .. so so disappointed in the product and delivery length!!”

“Okay, so I feel like I got that one off defective item. Do y’all inspect your items before sending them to people? This one looks like it has been altered and repackaged. The sequence comes off as I put it on and it just fits weird. I am tiny mind you but I also alter my own clothes and it looks like someone attempted that and failed, miserably.”

“I recently bought the enchanted nights sequin dress. I read the reviews and ordered a size small instead of my normal size of medium. Mind you I am 5’7 and 150lbs. This dress was for my rehearsal dinner and I felt like I could splurge on the occasion. I received the dress quickly and was shocked when I tried on the dress. It was huge! The waistline started up much higher than on the model and fit extremely loose and not as pictured. I messaged SFC to inquire about the extreme difference in there sizing and never received a return email. Overall I would rate SFC poorly in quality of the product, customer service and their return policy. I plan to return the dress by paying for return shipping and then getting $120 in store credit which I will use on tshirts since I am worried about their dress sizing.”

“The dress itself is lovely however it is not as advertised. The picture shown that they advertised is a lace collar. The one I actually got is it cheaper looking collar, with out lace. It does not look like a boutique dress, it looks like something I would get from forever 21 or a bargain store like that. I emailed them over a week ago and have yet to get a response. I am not happy with this purchase.”

“I'm very disappointed in this company I ordered a skirt from you and pay a extra 30 dollars to get it with in 3 days here it has been a month and I still don't have it i talked to you're customer service and you know what I got nothing no refund no apology I got some lady being a jerk telling me that it was a special item and they can't get it to me with in 3 days ok so why did you offer that option I know so you could take my money and act like I'm the idiot and guess what I still don't have my special item so yeah I will not recommend anyone to you're company because you're customer service sucks I love you're clothes and I have gotten a lot of beautiful dresses from you but this is absolutely ridiculous being that I liked so many things from you're company this is just really disappointing but there are plenty of other places to shop and I think you're company should keep that in mind moving forward”
