This company refuses to exchange my jeans that I bought too small of because they dont have a damn size chart on any jeans. Their return policy is a joke. Then when I posted the photo (that i have added to this review) warning other girls to size up) they remove my comments and block me from commenting on anything on their page. I will NEVER buy anything from them ever again!!!

I will never order from this store again. It was my first and last time. It's a shame because their clothes are cute. However, nowhere during my purchase was I informed a "pre-order" was a "final order", and could not be exchanged for a different size. All I wanted to do was exchange the size because it was way to big (nothing else was wrong with it), but I was met with customer service telling me I should have read their "return policy". My first instinct is not to go to a sites return policy when ordering from them. This is the ONLY store I have never been able to exchange something. I also was not advised that my purchase was a "final sale", and their website just lists "pre-order" not "final sale", not on the item page, not on the checkout page, no on the order confirmation page. NOWHERE! So buyer beware, this company does not seem to want return business, nor care about their customers.

Do not appreciate the fact that you will not refund my money on a return this is not fair . Will not order from you again. I feel like most people opt to not order knowing if the item doesn’t fit they can’t get their money back.

First time ordering, it took almost two weeks to get my order out. When it finally arrived and I grab the wrong size. Only to find out Everything that’s on sale is non returnable or exchangeable, Which is almost everything on their site. Completely disappointed in their service Clothes are ok. But sizing is off, shipping was long

You're kidding, right? I've already told all of my friends to NEVER order from you. I'm also flooding my Facebook feed with what an AWFUL company you are. I ordered a size 8 shoe. YOU SENT ME A SIZE 7. YOU MADE THIS MISTAKE. NOT ME. But, when I requested a refund because of YOUR MISTAKE, you told me that you would not refund my money because the item was on sale. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY. I WOULDN'T ORDER FROM YOU IF YOUR ITEMS WERE FREE. Now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that is a size too small, sent by a RIDICULOUS company who refuses to acknowledge their mistake and MAKE IT RIGHT. My original message I sent to you was very nice, by the way. I understand mistakes get made. BUT A GOOD, REPUTABLE, HONEST COMPANY CORRECTS THOSE MISTAKES. IT DOESN'T PENALIZE A CUSTOMER WHEN THEY DID NOTHING WRONG. If I could give you ZERO stars, I would. My review of your company: YOU SUCK.

I am very upset with the return and refund process and customer service. I placed an order and then immediately tried to cancel the order through customer service because it was incomplete. Cannot cancel orders after you have completed the purchasing process. Placed another order after completion right after the first order. Went through the return process for the first package, the package was delivered to the company’s warehouse THREE WEEKS AGO! Still have yet to receive my refund or a response from the company in regards to the return. I would like to return the second order for a refund, but scared I won’t get refunded for these products either.

I ordered a size to big because I thought it would be small. I am 5”3 and the dress doesn’t go past my hips. I will never ever buy anything from this company ever again. Nor will I ever recommend anyone to this website.

I made my first order 2 weeks ago and the shirt had an odd fit. Tried to initiate a return and the process was difficult. You make a request for return that has to be approved. The next day I received an email stating my return was not approved. The item was not on clearance. I shop boutiques frequently and have never had an issue making a return when needed. They also declined store credit or an exchange. They lost my business bc too many competitors offer better service.

I hate the glitter bomb shoes. They don’t fit right, the top squeezes my toes even tho the shoes are too big on me? Just super cheap shoes. Not even comfortable, no support at all. Very thin shoe; did y’all get them in bulk from wish and spray glitter glue on them? I saw the Chinese sizing on the top 😬😬 And I have to pay to return them? Not even sure if I’ll get a refund? All I read was I have to pay to ship them back and a restock free and something about exchanges. Ha. No thanks. So now I’m stuck with these terrible shoes, I’m trying to resell for $10 STILL TAKING A LOSS, and no one wants them. Oh well. Learned my lesson I guess.🥰

I was very excited to start ordering I was not crazy about store credit if something didn't work but was still going to give it a go because there is so much cuteness the first time something didn't fit right and call I find out I'm stuck with every single item because I used a discount code making all sales final and honestly I didn't know that part until it was to late so that will be my final order with you guys I will shop where I know if I don't like the fit or something isn't right I can get my money back or actual store credit

Y’all are always too worried about advertising and getting new sales that y’all don’t focus on fulfilling the orders you do get. I ordered from the sequin collection and waited patiently because y’all asked me to. It drove me CRAZY to know that a ton of us were all waiting while watching y’all advertise new sales and such when you couldn’t even keep up with what you had already collected payment for. I fought this for months. Ended up with a refund.

Cute clothes, fit true to size. Very disappointed with return/ exchange process. Also, I ordered boots back in October and have not received them yet. My credit card has been charged for the boota but no updates from the company. I will not use this company again. Shipping is slow and customer service is not responsive.

The dress is so cute, however, the measurements are not exact. We ordered a XXL for my daughter. She normally wears a XL or size 16-18. She couldn't zip the dress and it was as short as a shirt on her. She is 5'5" so not super tall. We would have shipped it back for a refund but I didn't read the return policy before ordering (or I wouldn't have risked it) but exchange only -no refund. Shipping was longer than most boutiques online too. However, they have that posted, again something I didn't read. It will take a solid 2 weeks for orders to arrive. Overall disappointed considering all the expenses that go into weddings and showers and to have a dress that we cannot use or get refunded is disappointing. All my fault as a consumer to have not read these things in the beginning. To other customers be aware before ordering.

Your customer service sucks. I ordered a pair of Pretty in Pink Camo boots for my daughter and received Teal Camo. You have made no effort to correct this. I will not send back the wrong ones until I receive the correct ones. I am going to blast you on social media if this is not corrected immediately
