I had canceled an order prior to shipping. They said they would cancel and refund my order. They did not. They mailed the order. I contacted to have merchandise returned for the refund. They sent me a mailing label and I returned through UPS Store. They never refunded my money. And no one is responding to my email.

The dress didn’t fit, wanted a full refund. Never heard from anyone. Was sent an automated response only offering store credit. Still haven’t even gotten that. I just want my money back. There’s nothing else in the store I want.

Order took forever to receive. I was told several times that it would be shipped out "the following week" or even the "next day" at one point. They never were. The Christmas items I ordered at the beginning of November..for Christmas..didn't even come until January, even when I was specifically told I'd have them in time. I will never order from this company again.

Thank you for asking me to write a review since you won’t reply to my emails! And by the way, I don’t want 10% off because I won’t be purchasing from you any longer. I ordered a dress that was delivered quickly, but when I went to put it on I noticed that the fabric was sewed together in a clump under the zipper on the back. I reached out regarding the issue and received an email back apologizing for shipping delays....when I wrote back explaining I didn’t have issues with shipping, that I had issues with the dress, I never heard back from you. This was the second time I had ordered from you and will be the last. You’re a scam of a company.

I was so excited to get my beautiful SF dressed. I followed sizing and other recommendations from ladies who previously purchased, waited over 8 weeks for them to arrive. When they finally got here not only was I disappointed with the fabrics and flimsy materials used but they were all way too small in most places and so big in others. When I contacted CS for a return was told because they were purchased as a sale promo nothing could be returned. Now I'm out $100+ and still need new dresses from 3 weddings this year. Never will I purchase them again. They only care about money and their "followers " on FB

I had made 2 orders. The first order on November 9th & the second order on November 19th, 2020. Spending $111.48 on the first order & $79.93 on the second. I recieved the first order on January 15th, 2021. I have yet to receive the second order. It took 67 days to receive the first order. I'm on day 62, still waiting on my shipment email for my second order. Great products, EXCESSIVELY long shipping process.

Hi, Chicks Well let me start off by saying great jewelry, truly sucks on customer service I placed an order on December 21st 2020 received part of my order on December 23rd 2020 the second part of my order was a pair of boot shipping from a warehouse in Texas apparently someone in there fulfillment shipping center sent the boots to Flint Michigan that I paid for I have sent proof that order were sent to someone else with someone else name on the order that I paid for the customer service contact me stating that they're looking into it It's been over a month now I've sent emails after emails call several times doing business hours but they are always from their desk. I've reached out and sent over 25 emails the customer service rep Zeline Always respond back that the fulfillment shipping center is still looking into the mistake. I've sent copies, even screen copies and called UPS they provide me with the tracking number stating that my package my order of the boots was delivered to Flint Michigan on December the 31st at 2:39 p.m. they could not give me the customer address but it was not delivered to my address but I was charged for it no one has respond to my claim from Southern Fried Chics. And if they should happen to respond to one of my 25 emails,they constantly says they're looking into it be patient, Zeline I have attached photos showing the tracking number to my claim, please if anyone out there can tell me how can I get help on this situation with this order that I placed over a month ago through this company Southern Fried Chics. Will be greatly appreciated! I need help bad can anyone plz give me any suggestions. I have posted on Facebook and Instagram and social media please Chics plz help a lady out with any suggestion! I wish I could write a better review, as I was excited to make my first purchase 3 weeks ago. I ordered a pair of boots, shipping was pretty quick, but I was sent the wrong size. I was then told that I could not exchange because I bought them during a sale. After venting my frustration, I was told that their shipping team would be contacting me. I have not received any update, and when I call nobody answers.

I wanted to love this company. Their lack of response to inquiries is the absolute worst. I have ordered multiple items 3 months ago and have yet to see them. I have also requested a refund multiple times. To only get no response or action. I understand everyone is having a hard year. Instead of being an accountable company, they are only using it as an excuse. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone

It didn’t take long to get my product, but it took forever to have my I store credit applied after a return. It was also very difficult to get in contact with someone from the store. I called, emailed, and messaged on Facebook, but I received nothing. I also requested another return two weeks ago and have yet to get a label.

They entice you with holiday discounts, and then when the clothes don't fit you can't exchange or return for credit because of said discount. Buyer beware.

When I first purchased from here I was pleased. Upon buying more things I noticed that some of the things were cheaply made. Although I continued to purchase because it was all still so cute, I ordered a $20 pair of earrings. They came and they are two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT earrings one obviously pink and the other an iridescent color. When I messaged about my problem I was told their wasn’t any refunds for that item. I even attached a picture of the two completely different earrings and I asked for a credit if I sent the earrings back but I got no response. I also won well “thought” I won a gift card on one of their lives. They told me time and time they would send the gift card but still have not received anything! So very aggravated with this company!! I bragged to several people I know but now I wish I wouldn’t have. I just wish something could be done about my issue.

Poor customer service. $100 boots. Wore once. Zipper pull come out the top of zipper. They wouldn’t let me return!

DO NOT ORDER from this company! Horrible customer service, they take your money and do not send your order. Ordered 4 things on November 7, it is Jan 16 and haven’t received one. Apparently one item is back ordered and they decided to change their shipping policy and only ship when all items are available (horrible way to earn customer loyalty) and so as Christmas came and went and so did New Years things I ordered for these holidays and they won’t return my emails now. Do your reset and you’ll find a lot of unhappy people. Just don’t even bother. There are plenty of other boutiques that care about their customers.

I ordered three sweaters and I return all three of them because I needed a smaller size and I only received two back and I’m still waiting for one and they haven’t respond to me and I payed for all three sweaters ..,.

Received a dirty, damaged dress and even though I’ve made numerous attempts via live chat, an email, phone calls, and a voicemail asking for a return call, no one could be bothered to answer me in a month. Unbelievably poor service!

The dress sizes are deceiving first off in one dress the xl it is way too small the next it is way too big. Returns are limited, I missed the return date by two days so I email to confirm first thing this morning. It sounded like the return would still be honored so I go ahead and mail it back in on my lunch break to get an email at 1:30 saying NO it will not be honored! The products arent cheap and customer service is not completely in a timely manner! I wont be buying anything from this company again nor will I be suggesting my friends to buy from here!
