“Experienced bad customer service. I have been waiting over 3 weeks to hear about when my order will be shipped. I have gotten few responses to emails. None of which were helpful. It makes me very nervous as this is my first time ordering from this website. I would order with caution. Do not recommend this brand.”

“Your return policy is a deterrent to purchasing anything further. A restocking fee and only store credit are the reason I don’t do further business with you. I’ve loved sequin dresses, dusters, metallic pink boots and all kinds of other sparkly boots and fringe boots and jewelry but I’ve passed on all of them. I’m sorry Chics, I really like your stuff but your return policy is a hard no for me to purchase from you again.”

“The shirt was way way small I asked for refund y’all said no refund on the shirt, I’d ordered it first week in August got it late October, it was so so disappointing, I will never order from you all agin shirt wasn’t a cheep one $106 pure bad service, I will pass the word !”

“I ordered 2 dusters that were supposed to be in around the first part of August. This was for a wedding at the end of August. They did not arrive until the second week of September. I contacted customer service just before I received them and still have not had a reply. Customer service is obviously not a priority. I will not buy anything from them again and would not recommend them either.”

“Worst place I have ever shopped …I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything from this horrible bunch of southern fried crooks….!!! But I was so excited to see wide calf boots I bought as fast I could my wife has wide muscular calves all her life….she also needs wide shoes …you would think 8W would mean shoe size also but no…calf fit boot to slim…! Then come to find out after I returned the boots you don’t get your money back on returns you get A GIFT CARD….so they never intend to ever refund anything purchased from them. also seems to be very over priced My wife has looked Thru southern fried crooks merchandise to maybe use the gift card but can’t find a thing she would even want….. being from the south I’m embarrassed for this place to be called southern…! 1 star is 1 too many …!!!”

“It took over a month to receive the car freshie. It is not very good quality and definitely not worth what I paid for it. I could not smell anything when I took it from the package and I’ve never been able to smell it in my car. It does not look like the picture from your website either. I would not purchase another one.”

“I would be alot more satisfied when I get my order. I was told that CS was has been shipped out since my pre-order came in. As of Friday my order still hasn't shipped (ordered 7-30-2022) so they refunded me so of my money because I sent multiple messages asking if I could get the order without the pre-order shipped because I needed this order for a trip on 9-15-2022 , I even said I would pay for the shipping on the dress when it came in. Well I emailed back Monday and was told that the reason my order hasn't shipped is because one of the other dresses is out of stock and they would refund and get it shipped out that today. I haven't got any extra refund or anything saying it has shipped out yet. This isn't my first order but might be my last. So , leaving for my trip tomorrow without my item!”

“I purchased several dresses for a music festival. No where when searching for the dresses did it say that sale items were final sale. I did not purchase a deal of the day, which clearly states it is final sale. I guess I was suppose to search for the fine print and return policy. So be very careful when ordering and be sure that clothes you haven’t tried on fit, before you buy. So now I have several dresses that are too small and one has a broken zipper….and I can’t return them. Not a good experience with this company.”

“The bracelet stack I bought was cheap quality. The pink dye from the beads stained my skin. The main stone in the image was tiny and plastic- nothing like the picture. The gold rhinestone cuff was very thin and felt like something I’d buy from Amazon for 5 bucks! So disappointed for my first purchase this is not what I was hoping for. I also bought a shirt that said MaMa. It was literally a patch on a basic black cotton tee that you can buy anywhere. Definitely not worth what I paid. I definitely expected more from y’all.”

“Typically very happy, I’ve had a few dissatisfied purchases; one being cow print tumbler, terrible print, faded, blurry with green streaks they wouldn’t offer replacement or refund. Last order, American Flag print bathing suit didn’t fit, not as pictured, again would not refund or exchange. Huge disappointment.”
