“I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago and fedex posted to deliver in November 20th and still nothing. The event I needed it for has passed. And to be told by your customer service that it is out of your hands is ridiculous! I want reimbursement for an order I am not receiving because it’s obviously lost. You are so expensive and first time I try to order u get ripped off like this so I’m out of luck. I will take it to the better business bureau and report this bad customer service and make sure to let people know of your bad service and not refunding.”

“SFC has been stocking my wardrobe with some gorgeous statement pieces the past couple of years. I love the flowy, romantic dresses and glitzy duster designs in particular, they are beautiful and excellent quality. SFC understands the assignment in fashion clothing design, 100%.”
