“Well I am unhappy with the return policy, my bad for not scoping all the logistics out before purchasing super cute clothes Didn’t think I was going to be a problem. I guess I learned my lesson . I am getting married in November and I wanted a cute dress to wear to my bridal shower on September 12. SoI find Souther Fried Chicks. I was obsessed with the website and nearly everything on it! So I bought two of the exact same dresses. i wanted it to fit so bad and I read the review on it which said they run big. So not knowing they ran SUPER big I got a medium and a small. Thinking I’d return whichever one didn’t fit. Once they arrived I tried them on, turns out I need like an extra extra small. So I go back on the website and look for the return policy to find out those lovely three little words (STORE CREDIT ONLY) well me as a bride with my wedding 2 months away start crying because I don’t have an extra $300 just laying around and now my shower is next weekend so even if I could use my store credit toward a different dress it still wouldn’t arrive in time to wear to my shower. I’m just so disappointed because I was so excited to actually get a dress from this company. I don’t shop on line much because I am afraid of scams and strange things you hear that happen to people on the internet. This was a bad experience for me. I wish I could be sitting here writing about how happy I am. I am not a hard person to please I just wanted the dress to fit. All of my friends that helped me chose this dress and who told me about this site we’re waiting for pics of me in the dress. I had to tell them it’s too big and I can’t return them for my money back. I am a manager of a retail store so I get the return policy stuff but at the same time it is unfair to only except store credit. Just put a 15 day money back and after that store credit only. I am just so sad. It makes my stomach ill to know I wasted $300 I will be sending these two dresses back tomorrow. Thanks for listening Ashlee Hill”
