“I would be much happier if they would fix the error on my order and respond to emails regarding it. I get numerous emails about sales but they shipped wrong size and I can't seem to get to anyone to get it corrected. Tried refund and was told no, I'm okay with that but company should offer to exchange it for the correct size when they are ones that shipped wrong size to begin with.”
