“I’ve sent numerous messages and a few emails and I have yet to get a response !!! I have a credit that should have been applied to a recent order ! I have asked several times to have this issue resolved and NO one from your company has bothered to respond !!!! I have not had a good experience with your company with items I have ordered in the past and I have a credit that Either needs to be credited back to my account or a gift card of some kind sent to me somehow !!!”

“As much as I love your apparel it is frustrating to pre-order because you don't give a date for arrival. I pre-ordered and paid in June with an expected arrival in July. “Everything looks gorgeous but my first experience was not the best. The policy of only receiving a store credit if descriptions and sizes are not spot on are not acceptable. I was disappointed but now I have to try and find something to use my store credit not knowing.”

“Size chart online is incorrect so when ordering by that size chart the dress was way to big. I sent back a week and 2 days ago. Have not heard anything. Sent 2 emails regarding the issue and still have not heard back. So so far the $69.95 dress has cost me $21.95 in shipping alone and I still do not have a dress or a credit for my return. Horrible service so far.”
