“Very disappointed in the sizing of the clothing. I ordered an XL in three of the same dresses just different colors and one of them fit and the other two don’t. The sizes are not comparable. I also ordered a Sherpa and it is HUGE and the shoes I ordered are too small. I contacted customer service and they won’t allow for return/exchange. Very disappointed.”

“Finally received my order after 3 months. Ordered a medium dress which is a size bigger than I normally wear. The dress would not even fit over my shoulders. It was mocking of a kids sizing chart. So disappointed I will never order from here again. Obvious it is from a China factory.”

“Waited 2 MONTHS to receive a pre-order. Then once I received the items they were poorly made. Not worth the wait nor the stress of it all. It was my first time ordering and it was my last time. Southern fried bride is a cute concept though. Too bad there are no returns accepted for a refund.”

“So far the merchandise that I have received has been of great quality. It does take a very long time to receive orders though. It took about 2 months to receive the first order I placed. I'm still waiting for the second order I place about a month and a half ago and also waiting on the third order I placed about a month ago. I'm trying to be patient due to the fact that I placed my orders during a black Friday sale and I know they are super busy and just a small business. I'm hoping my orders ship soon though! So far I would say I would order from them again, in fact I've got my eye on two items that I hope restock! Just be patient and order in advance if you need your items for a specific event.”

“This was my first expierence and I was sadly disappointed. I know that times are tough but as much as I order online no one has been as slow and unresponsive as SFC. It took 4+ emails and messages over a weeks time to even get a response. Shipping was 3 weeks but I expected that so I'm not even upset about that. The boots I ordered and have wanted for months are severely small and I didn't see that noted anywhere in the description. I ordered a size up and still they may not work. I have TONS of boats and never have that issue even in my normal size. Also thankfully the boots were only half price. Had I paid full price I would have been even more mad. They are the glitter ones and they appeared much more sturdy. The fact that a 1/4 - 1/2 of the boat is only fabric is frustrating. Again because they run small the amount of fabric exposed scares me that it will rip. I am in awe of SFC clothes all the time and have always hesitated ordering since they are across country and I'm not able to try on. My first order confirmed my fears and it will probably be a long time before I try again. I wish I didn't feel that way because I LOVE so much of it.”
