“I am very upset with your company. I ordered a pre order dress for November and didn’t receive it until December (very late ). I had ordered the dress for a Christmas party we attended ( without the dress) and I paid well over 100 dollars for the dress and also a pair of boots. I have tried to reach out to you and I was shut down. I will never purchase anything else from you again, which is to bad because I have told all my friend how I loved your stuff , now it will be how horrible the customer service is.. I am very frustrated with the way you handled my issue., you can look into my account and see ALL OF MY PURCHASES. which will be NEVER AGAIN. Kathy.”

“I purchased the Shimmy For Me dress in wine. I LOVED the dress itself, but my whole purpose was to have it in time for my engagement pictures at the time. It was a preorder item, but I ordered it about 3 months in advance thinking I would have it in time-NOPE! I sent multiple messages to the company inquiring about my order. My messages were always responded too, but I felt forgot about since I never received any updates about my purchase. Loved the dress, even though it wasn’t here in time for my engagement pictures. I wore it out to my bachelorette party & moved beautifully on the dance floor. I wish this would communicate with their customers better, it would make the world of difference!”
