“We planned our “hallowedding” within a month and I probably looked at 1000 dresses both online and all over my city with no luck. I was so excited to fall in love with a dress through an ad on facebook. The shipping process had a slight snag and SFC staff worked their magic and got my dress out just in time... and it was PERFECT! “I am disappointed. I had received a text that a dress I wanted was back in stock so I ordered it immediately. After a week I sent them an email asking for a tracking number. The dress was actually on presale. I ended up getting it over a month later and it don’t even fit and the quality is subpar. I tried emailing them about an exchange and have yet to hear back. And unfortunately they can’t take returns right now just store credits, which I have zero interest in ordering again. Poor customer service and product.”

“The website is very pretty and easy to use, lots of gorgeous looking products, but the customer service is a little slack. The first time I asked about how long it would be until my order shipped was good, but I also contacted them after I received my dress because it is damaged and I wanted them to know and I have yet to hear anything back since Tuesday, except for this review survey.”
