“I have purchased two separate items from SFC. The first one arrived quickly, and I like it a lot, a sequined long duster. Size is good. However, the "pre-order" dress that I ordered on Oct. 5 was due to arrive by mid-December. I called, complained also by email, when it did not arrive then. I needed it to wear to a NY Eve party. However, it did show up in my mailbox on Dec. 30 -- cutting it close! So I commend SFC for responding to my complaints. What I don't like is the sizing. I am 5'4" and weigh 150 pounds, normally a size L or XL. The sizing with SFC is ridiculous -- I was directed to order a size 2XL -- I've never worn that size! Apparently made in China (can we stop that, please!!) -- and they don't follow USA sizing, it seems. Regardless, the two items are beautiful and I'm glad I bought them. I will likely never do a "pre-order" item again, due to the stress I had when not getting the dress by mid-December. BUT it did arrive in time for NYE, yes. That's why I only gave a score of "4 stars" and not "5 stars."”

Con- sent email to customer service, received message back saying they would be with me shortly and still waiting for my response almost a week later. Trying to shop more for more products has not been successful, everything I want is out of stock. Bad for for me but great for them 😄 was able to be put on a list for notification when in stock so I'm hopeful. Overall obsessed with anything glitter/sparkles so very excited I found this place 😍”
