“I have purchased two separate items from SFC. The first one arrived quickly, and I like it a lot, a sequined long duster. Size is good. However, the "pre-order" dress that I ordered on Oct. 5 was due to arrive by mid-December. I called, complained also by email, when it did not arrive then. I needed it to wear to a NY Eve party. However, it did show up in my mailbox on Dec. 30 -- cutting it close! So I commend SFC for responding to my complaints. What I don't like is the sizing. I am 5'4" and weigh 150 pounds, normally a size L or XL. The sizing with SFC is ridiculous -- I was directed to order a size 2XL -- I've never worn that size! Apparently made in China (can we stop that, please!!) -- and they don't follow USA sizing, it seems. Regardless, the two items are beautiful and I'm glad I bought them. I will likely never do a "pre-order" item again, due to the stress I had when not getting the dress by mid-December. BUT it did arrive in time for NYE, yes. That's why I only gave a score of "4 stars" and not "5 stars."”

“Products arrived and very happy with them. Top not quite true to size but workable, loved my glitter shoes!!!!! Con- sent email to customer service, received message back saying they would be with me shortly and still waiting for my response almost a week later. Trying to shop more for more products has not been successful, everything I want is out of stock. Bad for for me but great for them 😄 was able to be put on a list for notification when in stock so I'm hopeful. Overall obsessed with anything glitter/sparkles so very excited I found this place 😍”

“Super fun collection of clothing and accessories on their website! I had fun shopping. Shipping is ridiculously slow. I did appreciate the communication emails letting me know that I was not overlooked or forgotten about. I love the two pairs of boots that I ordered, great quality and fun materials! The party dress is really cute but way too short on me, it shows my booty when I move. :(”

“I have only placed a couple orders with this boutique. My first two were pretty good overall, everything was exactly as described and shipping was as expected. However my third purchase, i think something may have gone wrong in the "preparing shipment" stage. I usually would receive my order within 2 weeks of ordering. The most recent order, i ended up emailing the boutique for a status on... after 3 weeks of still not receiving a shipping confirmation. So it over all took i think 3-4 weeks to receive it which was a little disappointing but i ended up loving what i received. Kind of a bitter taste in my mouth though, it may be a while before i consider purchasing here again.”

“Love Southern Fried Chics! I have to control myself a lot since having the app and text messaging so convenient! So many cute things! Only thing is I ordered ankle boots and was not true to size and went up a size and was still tight. Other then that I love the Deals of the Day and Sales!!”
