“It didn’t take long to get my product, but it took forever to have my I store credit applied after a return. It was also very difficult to get in contact with someone from the store. I called, emailed, and messaged on Facebook, but I received nothing. I also requested another return two weeks ago and have yet to get a label.”

“I don’t really think you want my review. I understand that the mail has been messed up as I too am a small business owner. But the fact that I ordered 3 items in November and didn’t receive until after Christmas is totally unacceptable. Additionally, I was supposed to get a turquoise and brown duster which is only brown and black. I believe that you can do a little bit better than this and you should compensate your customers either way for the hardship as I’m sure a ton of us bought this stuff for Christmas presents. You seem to get some really excellent reviews on FB and now I can’t help but wonder if those are friends/family doing the commenting…”

“I love the sparkly tennis shoes I bought but they do run very small. I wore a pair of them yesterday and you can't wear socks with them or else you can hardly get your foot in them and they make the top of my big toe sore. Otherwise, I love them if I can wear them.”

“Really like the staff! Quality on merchandise is a little lacking and read the fine print-no refunds only store credit. I had a defective product but because I bought it on sale I couldn’t return it. Staff was friendly and helpful and offered me store credit but now I have two of something that’s broken and no need for $100 credit.”
