“The first dress I ordered showed in stock, but after the order was placed it was put on backorder. Even though the order was cancelled, I still have yet to receive my refund, after 2 weeks of waiting. I ordered a new dress the same day that I cancelled the first order, and it came in, and the 3XL is a size larger than I normally would wear, yet it is tight, short, and VERY low cut, and the worst part is, I have not received the first refund, and won't be able to get my money back for the second dress, only in store credit, and I do not wish to shop here ever again.. Nothing like what the picture represented. I am super disappointed in my first attempt shopping here.”

“I just found this online boutique about a month ago and I love it!! The clothes are fun and cute. The group who runs it are fun and really involve their customers in their business, asking our opinions of potential new items they may offer to see what we like and don't like. They have models of all sizes and offer sizes XS - XXXLarge so they are so inclusive. The Social Media pages are so positive and all of the customers that are part of these groups are so supportive of each other which is such a welcome during these times. Everyone from the staff and the customers are so helpful in answering questions about items and how they fit. I check in daily on their Social Media pages to see what's new and it always brightens my day. I've ordered from them about 5 or 6 times now in about 30 days.”

“I love SFC. They have beautiful, one-of-a-kind clothing that comes in ALL shapes and sizes. I LOVE that they use real women as models. I will however say, they’re clothing is extremely expensive. I bought 4 dresses that totaled well over $200 so it’s unfortunate that I can only purchase from them every once in a while or when they have their awesome sales. I am also disappointed in their pre-order system. I purchased a dress back in May and was told it would be delivered in July. It still hadn’t been shipped so I had to track down someone because no one was responding to my emails or Facebook messages (very annoying) and was told it was delayed due to covid. Which is fine, but an email or some sort of communication about the delay would’ve been nice. I paid a lot money for that dress so the customer service could definitely improve. It’s mid-August and I have yet to receive that dress. Other than these few hiccups, I will always shop SFC. I hope one day they realize their clothing is not affordable and potentially lower their prices, though.”
