“Brought as a birthday present for my friend who had looked everywhere for a gold icon necklace. She was trilled and wears it all the time. Was a little thicker than I had anticipated but still a absolutely gorgeous necklace! Fast, next day delivery and excellent overall service. Would definitely but from sparkling jewellery again! “If I could give 10 stars I would!! First class customer service! My necklace arrived the very next day after I placed the order. Unfortunately there was a defect in the item. I phoned customer service and they were so helpful. Sent me out a replacement which arrived the next morning. They also sent me a prepaid envelope to send the original necklace back. For the inconvenience they also sent me a cute little pair of earrings. Would definitely recommend Sparkling Jewellery.”
