“The mattress is not very comfy i would not buy one again”

Hi Rosalyn, thanks for leaving a review, sad to see its a 3 star. Although I fear you may have got the orders muddled, as we don't sell mattress, you ordered an extension lead? Any way, hope you sort your mattress troubles :D

“I recently purchased an item from sparks and was initially impressed with the service. I was informed that the delivery date was to be delayed due to lack of stock. Due to the communication this wasn’t an issue and was happy to wait for the stated date even although it was just less than 3 weeks from my initial purchase. However, after this stated date I was still not in possession of the item and I decided to contact sparks via email. There was no reply to this message and for this reason I emailed once again. After some dialogue sparks re ordered the item. This entire process took just under a month even though I paid a standard delivery cost. At the moment I’m unsure whether I would use or recommend anyone to use this service.”

“The switches and light sockets were very nice.... Wasn't disappointed. However, I was left in my case that one of the designs which was limited.. I order Chrome finish designs, but, they only had a two switch plates , not a three switch plate in this design , therefore, I have to make do with the only alternative ... A three switch DIMMER switch. .... This is for the stairs and Hall way... Who wants a dinner in this area???”

“Item was available for order on the website. With delivery in 3 to 5 days after 7 days the item was not delivered. I called sparks and they advised the item would not be in stock for 6 to 8 weeks. Having checke the website they were still selling this item when it was out of stock for that whole period but advising customers of deliver in 3 to 5 days when in reality that was not the case. The item however is of good quality and we are very happy with it. A bit more honesty with regards to stock and delivery times would be nice”

“Overall a pretty rubbish buying experience. Delayed shipping. Only part of my order coming and no indication when the rest will follow. There is an alternate company with similar prices. Go there instead. Can't be worse!!!!”
