“Usually pretty good for stuff but totally let me down on a job bought an accessory that was listed as in stock but after a week had to email to be told it’s out of stock and may take a week 2 weeks later gave up got refund went some were else poor service this time”

“Despite ordering a grill shelf for a Neff oven, the shelf provided was nearly 15mm too large and wouldn't fit - it would have been useful to have dimensions provided with the items so these could be checked beforehand. The returns process wasn't very good either. Although I eventually got the cost of the shelf returned (2 emails, one phone call and nearly 3 and a half weeks after they received the returned shelf back), this did not cover the cost of postage. I wouldn't use them again.”
