“Speed graphic offered the best price on some Think Tank stuff but Robert White were cheaper for Lee Filters so I split my order. Robert White was free delivery and arrived much sooner. Thus I rated Speed Graphic as good but not excellent.”

“It was good card and the printing was good. Could do with more assistance with wording. Didn.t realise till I received them that r.s.v.p, was not on and the back said Event and because I did .t put anything it just said event. Other than this I would have said excellent.”

“Have been a purchaser from Speed Graphic for many years either online or at the annual trade shows in Birmingham NEC, and have been on the whole very pleased with service & value. But I have been somewhat frustrated by their carriage costs online i.e All areas except those shown below 1-2 day service up to 30kg £4.95. I would like option of lower second class delivery 3-5 day for smaller items - bought a a pair of gloves few ounces in weight and it cost £4.95 ?”

“Speed of delivery was excellent. Goods arrived promptly as ordered However, slightly annoyed that flat rate. Postage was applied. Item would have cost normal first class not £4.50. This needs to be addressed.”

“The item I ordered was received promptly. However, the company's stated terms for cancellation of the order are in breach of the Consumer Contracts Regulations which state that the right to cancel doesn't end until 14 days from the day the goods are received, not from the date they're despatched as wrongly stated on the return form.”

Thanks for pointing this out. It's correctly stated on our website T&C but not, as you say, on the Return Form we include with parcels. This has now been corrected.

“Great service at the photography exhibition where I bought my filters. You judge a company by their customer service though when there is a problem. One of the filters had a slight scratch on it. The support was fantastic. I was provided with a free-post address to return the filters (I had bought a pack of three and needed to return all three). They were returned with a replacement filter just a couple of days later. Email correspondence was also fantastic.”

“The unit (a copy stand) was despatched quickly, packed very well and had sufficient instructions to allow easy assembly. Unfortunately there were no such instructions for the 2 light fixtures that were bought with it - possibly because it was sold as a package. Annoying,”

“Have used Speed Graphic a few times. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. My last order was for next day delivery, which was promised & paid for - unfortunately it took 2 days, which defeated the purpose. Going by the tracking, the courier company were probably at fault. However emailed Speed Graphic as I had did not recieve the service paid for & have not recieved a reply, which is dissappointing given the otherwise excellent service”

Sorry that there was a hiccup with your delivery, which is unusual, but can happen from time to time. We've checked our records and can't find any trace of an email from you, so it's possible that you responded to the auto-generated one from Interlink Express. We note that this does not say 'Do Not Respond' so will take that up with them. We have refunded your carriage charge today and thank you for letting us know about the problem.

“The Speed Graphic web page took me from choosing the item to charging me, without giving me a chance to enter the discount code that I had received in an e-mail from them, so I had to phone them. They answered the phone quickly and dealt with the problem immediately, to make sure that I was only charged the correct amount. They also dispatched the item the same day and it arrived the next day. Good people to deal with and competitive pricing. Recommended.”
