“I ordered for an event with next day delivery but two days after they hadn't arrived. On contacting Speed Graphic, I was told that Royal Mail had attempted two deliveries and then returned the parcel to Speed Graphic. This was puzzling as we are a public building open from 8am to 10pm daily. I have asked for our account to be credited but am unaware if this has happened.”

Sorry that you felt that we let you down. We can't explain why Royal Mail were unable to deliver to you on time, but it seems there was some confusion on their part because a house number was included in the address you supplied us. Unfortunately we weren't aware of this until the parcel was returned to us by Royal Mail, which coincided with your email telling us about it, so were unable to send a replacement item to you quickly. As soon as you requested a refund, we did this, and also sent you an email to confirm.

“I recently bought a complete setup of the Novoflex VR-SLIM Panoramic Adapter including the Magic Balance and Angle Bracket. Quality of all items seem to be outstanding but I have yet to field test them. I am very satisfied with all the items I bought except perhaps for the Slim angle bracket as my Ricoh GXR does not fit very well in it but I think I should blame Ricoh for its poor design... I must thank Speed Graphic because they live up to their name as all items were delivered extremely fast to my address in London.”

Thanks for your review. We'd be interested to know what the problem is with fitting your Ricoh to the Novoflex bracket. Novoflex like to receive user feedback, and we always send any comments on to them.

“I have bought from Speed Graphic on two occasions now. The first time was a Novoflex Classicball 5 II with various other accessories. Ordering was easy but the main problem was that they did do not carry the ballhead in stock, so had to order it from Novoflex in Germany. This meant that it took 15 working days for the equipment to arrive, which was a little longer than the estimate. The second time I bought from them the service was exceptionally good and I received the package the next day. I would be more than happy to shop with Speed Graphic again and very well again, with my next couple of orders.”

“I was undecided whether to buy a Sirui K-40X ball head but I trust Speed Graphic to only stock high quality equipment, so the decision was made to order one. The ball head is of a very high quality - as is Speed Graphic's service. Both are very highly recommended. Thank you.”

“I ordered a camera bag for delivery to Gibraltar. The service was very good, the bag arrived in perfect condition and only took a couple of weeks to arrive, (which is not bad for deliveries to Gibraltar!) Overall I was very satisfied with the service and no doubt I will be using Speed Graphic again in the future and would have no problem recommending them to anyone.”
