“I don’t recommend this airline. they keep on changing flights before the day we supposed to fly. this airline does not care for their customers anymore. When I book a new flight in a different airline after SpiceJet cancelled the flight I have paid a highest rate.
However, disappointed with refund process after Airline cancelled my Flight. If you are booking flight through third-party sites or travel agents then SpiceJet airline keep the refund process at the “pending airline authorisation” stage more than a month..

I have travelled in international flights many times. But this was the mostttttt poor experience ever. And will never go with spicejet booking ever.

“In spite of having covid-19 vaccination certificate spice jet security staff and officials were not allowing passengers for boarding. They are absolutely rubbish. I have been compelled to use such languages. I doubt spicejet officials and security staffs are illiterate or moron ! They are neither ready to listen to passengers nor ready to provide service. Cooperating with passengers is far away ! I'm not telling spicejet to do anything against rules. But spice jet guys should use their brains first to know and understand the rules and then only they should work ! They only harrase passengers. They are not professional and very rude also. They are so arrogant . I won't recommend anyone spicejet airline.”
“had booked a flight for travel with SpiceJet from UAE to India in March 2020 and eventually cancelled due to covid pendamic, I requested for refund for the cancelled ticket and chasing for more than 1.5 years. SpiceJet said they can’t refund through same payment mode and they asked for bank details. This itself is unusual as mostly refund is made through same payment mode. Even after providing all the required details and documents, SpiceJet is delaying the payment after repeated follow ups. Every time I follow up, I get the same standard response that it is under process and appreciate your patience. I warned them that I will take them to social media and for legal actions. Still no refund is made.”
