“I had a bit of an issue recently with the Package delivery by DHL. My order was not traceable after a point and I never received it. However,the team Spice village customer service via email was very quick in responding and resolved the situation. They sent me a new order immediately on learning that the previous package was not delivered. Thank you Team Spice village ,for the immediate responses and good customer service! Appreciate it.”

“I am very pleased that you stock a variety of Indian products in stock. However, it is also sad that quite often some of the products remain out of stock for a considerable time. This is one main reason for me to hold back on my purchases and look for an alternative seller. I think it would be an improvement to swap your transport provider. FedEx is never on time.”
