“The minimum delivery amount is too high. It is only possible to shop from Spicevillage if big bags of rice or flour is bought. Just buying some fresh vegetables, or spices or linsen is not worth it from Spicevillage due to the delivery charge. Our local Indian shop is better suited for regular shopping.”

“It is good that we have all Indian items available online. You are doing a great job ! Only thing I observed is, the rate looks little on the higher side compared to the regular Indian grocery shop owned by Sri Lankans. Try to give it competitively.”

“Wir haben es öfters besucht, es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, man findet alles, was eine indisch/ asiatische und afrikanische Küche braucht. Preis-Leistung Verhältnis sehr gut. Neulich haben wir online durch WhatsApp bestellt, innerhalb von 3 Stunden wurde es nach Spandau geliefert, beim fehlenden Artikeln wurde das Geld sofort auf unseren PayPal Konto gutgeschrieben. Was für ein top Service. Immer wieder gerne.”

“Very good customer service. When items are not available despite being ordered and paid for online. SV immediately contact me to offer alternatives or to reimburse the item. One time on a rare occasion, an item was damaged. Having contacted them, they happily replaced it. They clearly value their customers. This is what I greatly appreciate. The online market maybe competitive but I am happy to stick with SV for all my Indian grocery shopping.”
