“Many Items missing on the order . Wet items ( refrigerator sensitive) came in a normal cardboard box with no cool bag. So I don’t know how long it’s been sat in the delivery vehicle. Not sure if I will order again.”

“- While ordering Shipment fee was charged despite ordering for more than 100 EUR - Shipment was not delivered to door step. Kept it in the ground flour and we had to carry to the 2nd floor”

“I was supposed to get one day delivery. The delivery was delayed and was delivered next day and hence I had to throw away all the perishable items like frozen coconut, 4 paneer packs. Arvi was rotten. Fresh vegetables were put at the bottom and heavy things like atta pack was dumped on it. Order # - 50064/1 , Delivery partner - Fairsenden”

“This was the 1st time we ordered from Spice village after hearing from friends but we are not happy. Even though we were in the house, the parcel was left at the ground floor neighbors and we did not find out for 3 + hours. The Dhaniya was already stale and got ruined in 2 days..same for Pudina..not fresh.”
