“Delivery was quick. I placed 2 orders on two continuous weekends and got the items on Tuesday. Half dozen Alphonso mangoes that I got in the first week were extremely delicious. So next week I placed a new order for half dozen Alphonso and half dozen Kesar mangoes. Kesar mangoes were tasty, but almost all of the Alphonso mangoes were unfortunately badly rotten from inside, although they looked fine from the outside. I wanted to order more Alphonso mangoes from here but do not trust the quality anymore.”

Unfortunately, delivering every single mango in an excellent shape is very challenging considering it a seasonal fruit. “For a third time my order of mangoes +other fresh groceries was not delivered on the promised day. And was delivered 2 days after… the contents of the parcel were all ruined.. and such a waste of all the fresh food I ordered + money I spent. Please dont charge for the deliveries you cant make in the promised time.”

“This is more of a review against the courier service, not the store. My parcel wasn't delivered home, instead, the courier guy kept calling me from the other street saying he can't find my apartment. When I explained to him the route, he refused to come. Finally, I had to go to him and he once again refused to get the parcel home even after I told him I will walk with him. I was heading back from sports training and had another bag of mine with me. So it was difficult for me to carry the box along. When I told him he blatantly said it's not his problem. It was a very unfriendly and irresponsible behaviour from him when the whole idea of online shopping is to get door delivery.”

“Would never order green vegetables from online. Had 2 experiences in which both of them were spoilt. I never get one day or two days delivery even if I order on the Monday morning or Saturday night.”
