“Probably not Spice village's fault, but poor choice or delivery agent for same day delivery. Didn't get my products at all and cancelled the delivery in the end. Very sad.”

“I called you guys to add a few other items to my order and the guy who answered was so unprofessional, he didn't listen to my query, he asked me to give him the order number and without asking anything he just said I'll get back to you and hung up, I tried calling the number again and no one answered the call. I didn't receive a call back from him.”

“First order was not received in even after 22 days and had to insist to cancel it. In second order, I got insufficient quantities. Costing 10 cotton wicks by 1.99 euro!”

“Delivery was bad. They use some armature delivery company who refused to deliver the package to the door because it was heavy! Duh. I had to somehow lug the heavy thing multiple floors. We have ordered groceries, it is going to be heavy!”

“good product range but not for perishable products - Others do well in this segment. also, very very poor customer service. Rude and unapologetic. I would rather pay extra few cents to somebody who provides decent customer service on complaints.”
