“I am feeling really bad in saying this, but worst service ever. I totally understand that mistakes happen but this experience with Spice village was the heights of it. I have ordered from other Indian portals in Germany and have never had a problem. I also understand that this was during the Christmas holidays. There was no need for lying, that it is already dispatched or saying it will be sent today etc. I do not know what else to say to you guys. I am not gonna recommend your website to anyone in my circle and my review would reflect the same. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of the persons I have spoken to. I had to contact you people several times to even get my order delivered to me, which happened finally.”

“It's very nice to see famous indian brands like Aachi ,MTR and it's wide of products . .Frankly, I never seen Aachi brand anywhere. Having a wide range of rice , atta and indian vegetables is another positive side . Kudos to your work !”

“I ordered twice from Marseille south of France. Prices are very reasonable and delivery(via DHL) was on the time, but last time it was almost 58kg(29+29kg two box) so rice was leaked from packing of 5kg(almost 80% of rice was wasted we got only 1 kg). So please next time try to put plastic bag on rice before packing. Many thanks. Shahzad Marseille”
