“Good morning I ordered a package from you in early December when I first arrived in Auckland for MIQ, You dispatched it very quickly so well done.😁 It was however sent via ‘post haste’ courier.They did not get it to me in the said 2-5 days. I was in MIQ for 9 days in total and it still did not arrive. On day 6 I tried to contact the courier to get the delivery changed to my home address. I could not reach them by phone or email (they blamed covid for that) we all know however that phone and email can be answered from anywhere) I then found their website and sent a message to them to try and change delivery address but it would not let me as didn’t have and couldn’t get a specific code from there to allow me to do so. I did contact you about this issue as thought you might be able to help.I finally received an email from the courier on Day 9 saying they would look into the whereabouts of my box.(and then heard nothing more) I left instructions with the Crown Hotel staff to give to the courier so they could forward the gift box to me to my home address. The courier operator was apparently rude and didn’t not want to know and just dumped the box (on Day 10 after order was dispatched from you)with the hotel staff. They being very efficient contacted me about it, by this time I was in Masterton at home. I suggested to the hotel manager to check it out to see if it was still edible and in good condition and if so to share its contents with his staff, as it was not practical to get them to forward it to me after such a long time. SO I cannot comment on the gift box itself as I never received it. I can say that you dispatched it very quickly. However I would say that Poste Haste courier services are appalling!!!! and I will never use them again. So if you CONTINUE to use them to dispatch your gift boxes I will not order anything from you again. VERY DISAPPOINTED REALLY as the gift box would really have been appreciated while in Lockdown in a hotel room. Thanks Kind Regards Lynn Bennett”

“Two boxes which were received missed all apart from the beers. When I emailed I received an apology email back within minutes and the promise of two new boxes, haven’t received them yet after a month and no reply to 4 emails or phone calls…. I understand this is a busy time of the year but this isn’t great service.”

“I sent an email I sent on Oct 28. Sadly I have had no response to that email. I had just found your site online and loved the way you are packaging and sending out these packages online. I ordered 2 different parcels to be sent that week as I thought that they were a great way to send a gift. One of the packages was fantastic ... just as advertised and delivered on just the right day. Loved what you did. However, I am sadly disappointed in the wine that was placed into the 2nd parcel I sent as the engagement gift. I asked for the Crafters Union Hawkes Bay Rose which is priced at @ around $21.99 at Countdown. It looked great and I thought it would look nice as a gift for my niece. I wanted the other Rose, but it was not available at the time of purchase. The wine I chose was swapped out for Young & Co Strawberry Hustle Hawke's Bay Rose 750ml which is priced at around $14.99. (A cheap wine?) It had an awful graphic on it - and did not do any justice to the event I was celebrating. I even phoned the recipient to apologise for the wine that they received. I was disappointed with the replacement that you sent. I am unable to return this gift as it went to ChCH and I didn't want to make a fuss with the recipient. Needed to share my first experience with you, as it has not been great ... Disappointed I have not heard back from you re the wine you sent. However in saying that, I have shared the site with a number of my work colleagues as I think it is a great place for gifts. Timely, look great and if the wine sent is equal to the one chosen, I would use you guys again. Kind regards Heather Bartlett”

“Very reliable, very helpful and very service minded - but also way too expensive !!! As the parcel was a gift I can’t comment on the actually quality of the products in the box. However, as answers are required in the questionaire I’ve ticked all the middle options but with no means of knowing.”
