“I sent an email I sent on Oct 28. Sadly I have had no response to that email. I had just found your site online and loved the way you are packaging and sending out these packages online. I ordered 2 different parcels to be sent that week as I thought that they were a great way to send a gift. One of the packages was fantastic ... just as advertised and delivered on just the right day. Loved what you did. However, I am sadly disappointed in the wine that was placed into the 2nd parcel I sent as the engagement gift. I asked for the Crafters Union Hawkes Bay Rose which is priced at @ around $21.99 at Countdown. It looked great and I thought it would look nice as a gift for my niece. I wanted the other Rose, but it was not available at the time of purchase. The wine I chose was swapped out for Young & Co Strawberry Hustle Hawke's Bay Rose 750ml which is priced at around $14.99. (A cheap wine?) It had an awful graphic on it - and did not do any justice to the event I was celebrating. I even phoned the recipient to apologise for the wine that they received. I was disappointed with the replacement that you sent. I am unable to return this gift as it went to ChCH and I didn't want to make a fuss with the recipient. Needed to share my first experience with you, as it has not been great ... Disappointed I have not heard back from you re the wine you sent. However in saying that, I have shared the site with a number of my work colleagues as I think it is a great place for gifts. Timely, look great and if the wine sent is equal to the one chosen, I would use you guys again. Kind regards Heather Bartlett”

“Received on time even during lockdown.couldnt compare content with any other product so can’t comment. Unsure as to how much the purchaser paid for the product.”

“You will know what I think I have emailed you. A gift for a birthday I worried it would not get there on time. I suggest you show clearly on your site the rural delivery hold ups so customers can Plan! Hi”

“Very reliable, very helpful and very service minded - but also way too expensive !!! As the parcel was a gift I can’t comment on the actually quality of the products in the box. However, as answers are required in the questionaire I’ve ticked all the middle options but with no means of knowing.”
