“The boxes came dressed beautifully and the notes I had written just looked amazing. My only gripe would be that I had absolutely no idea what was inside - would be great if you could send a photo or a list of what was put inside”

“Product is lovely, however not great when comes to dealing with courier issues. All over the box it states same day delivery and I ordered this for Valentines Day. However it didn’t arrive and when I contacted Spoil Me, they stated couriers tried to deliver but business was shut. Highly doubt couriers went after 7pm. No apology from them and package arrived next day which is too late. I’d like to support small businesses and I know the courier issue isn’t their fault but they could have dealt with it a bit better and apologise.”

“Ordered through here for my daughter who had just got her first job, took 5 days to arrive from ordering which was disappointing and somewhat lost the impact it should have had when she was first excited”

“Was totally excited to get all the hampers ordered for our customers, just disappointed with the delivery. The order did not arrive complete and had to wait another 4 days for the rest of the order to arrive. Apart from That the gifts were beautifully presented and our customers were very happy.”

“Paid for same day delivery and it took 3 days to arrive. Totally understand that there are delays with couriers at the moment but I should not be charged for same day delivery if that service was not able to be provided. Apart from that, I was really pleased with the final product and my friend loved the surprise!”
