Went round in circles as apparently I don't have an account but all my pre loaded contacts/addresses/ previous orders were there as options in the drop down

The boxes came dressed beautifully and the notes I had written just looked amazing. My only gripe would be that I had absolutely no idea what was inside - would be great if you could send a photo or a list of what was put inside

Good Service, however, payment should not be accepted for same-day delivery when the order is placed after the cut-off time.

Product is lovely, however not great when comes to dealing with courier issues. All over the box it states same day delivery and I ordered this for Valentines Day. However it didn’t arrive and when I contacted Spoil Me, they stated couriers tried to deliver but business was shut. Highly doubt couriers went after 7pm. No apology from them and package arrived next day which is too late. I’d like to support small businesses and I know the courier issue isn’t their fault but they could have dealt with it a bit better and apologise.

Ordered through here for my daughter who had just got her first job, took 5 days to arrive from ordering which was disappointing and somewhat lost the impact it should have had when she was first excited

Was totally excited to get all the hampers ordered for our customers, just disappointed with the delivery. The order did not arrive complete and had to wait another 4 days for the rest of the order to arrive. Apart from That the gifts were beautifully presented and our customers were very happy.

Paid for same day delivery and it took 3 days to arrive. Totally understand that there are delays with couriers at the moment but I should not be charged for same day delivery if that service was not able to be provided. Apart from that, I was really pleased with the final product and my friend loved the surprise!

Good morning I ordered a package from you in early December when I first arrived in Auckland for MIQ, You dispatched it very quickly so well done.😁 It was however sent via ‘post haste’ courier.They did not get it to me in the said 2-5 days. I was in MIQ for 9 days in total and it still did not arrive. On day 6 I tried to contact the courier to get the delivery changed to my home address. I could not reach them by phone or email (they blamed covid for that) we all know however that phone and email can be answered from anywhere) I then found their website and sent a message to them to try and change delivery address but it would not let me as didn’t have and couldn’t get a specific code from there to allow me to do so. I did contact you about this issue as thought you might be able to help.I finally received an email from the courier on Day 9 saying they would look into the whereabouts of my box.(and then heard nothing more) I left instructions with the Crown Hotel staff to give to the courier so they could forward the gift box to me to my home address. The courier operator was apparently rude and didn’t not want to know and just dumped the box (on Day 10 after order was dispatched from you)with the hotel staff. They being very efficient contacted me about it, by this time I was in Masterton at home. I suggested to the hotel manager to check it out to see if it was still edible and in good condition and if so to share its contents with his staff, as it was not practical to get them to forward it to me after such a long time. SO I cannot comment on the gift box itself as I never received it. I can say that you dispatched it very quickly. However I would say that Poste Haste courier services are appalling!!!! and I will never use them again. So if you CONTINUE to use them to dispatch your gift boxes I will not order anything from you again. VERY DISAPPOINTED REALLY as the gift box would really have been appreciated while in Lockdown in a hotel room. Thanks Kind Regards Lynn Bennett

Two boxes which were received missed all apart from the beers. When I emailed I received an apology email back within minutes and the promise of two new boxes, haven’t received them yet after a month and no reply to 4 emails or phone calls…. I understand this is a busy time of the year but this isn’t great service.
