“ I came to Sport Check at Westshore today to pick up my online order. I had not printed or downloaded the email/receipt. I was there around 11:00. Both the cashier at the front, and the man working the service counter were very gracious and accepting of my mistake. After producing photo I.D., I came home with my new jacket, very happy indeed. Thank you! ”

I travel a fair distance to this SPORTCHEK and I can honestly say that Matt the manger has always gone above and beyond to help me with orders and returns, some of which were complicated dealing with defective product issues.
