I order several stuff thru instacart last saturday ..I was disappointed that the grapes which a part of my order was not fresh..the stems were so dry and the grapes itself were so soft and some were tasting like wine..this is the first to order!

Port St. Lucie Florida opened a store on Friday April 15th I went the next day and to my surprise I find that they are selling completely frozen fruit. I think it is a lack of respect for the customer since in my case I bought organic strawberries, pineapple and mangoes and to my surprise it wasn't until they arrived at my house that I realized that they were frozen and of course after thawing they were left with a texture and a horrible taste that I had no choice but to put them in the trash. I am no longer so happy to have a Sprouts near my house if I am going to give it my money without having any benefit… avocados are the same at my house, they do not ripen and are thrown away. I have been buying in these stores for more than 15 years and in a couple of years I have noticed that the quality of the products is no longer comparable to that of Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. I have bought better fruits and vegetables at Walmart. In short, I can say that sprouts does not have the concept of freshness and quality as the "fresh markets" are known. I put my hope in the new Fresh Market that they are building in my city since I don't have a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's 🥴😔 Take notes Mr. Díaz

Stopped going. Two cashiers on a Sunday. Long lines. Slow.

I paid $45.00 for Turkey Breast complete meal for Thanksgiving. I had 3 guests including myself and the turkey breast was the size of a chicken thigh. None of the side fixings were fresh as stated on Sprouts website when you placed the order and there was enought of the sides to feed about 8 people and no turkey. We had to go elsewhere and but a couple of turkey breasts cooked. Way over priced to get absolutely nothing and I have read others had the same problems with them. They should refund our money.

I don't know if it's the particular store I shop at on Miller Road in Scottsdale, AZ..But I am sick to death of buying rancid nuts and seeds. I have made returns and told them about it only to see stuff still on the shelf. Do people not know what rancid is? How can they eat that? They mix up their salted and unsalted items too. One time I bought spoiled brats right out of their "fresh" meat case. Unreal! I though Sprouts was an upscale store...but...

I had an experience yesterday at the location on 6300 Waverly Fort Worth, Tx. DFW has experienced an awful lot over the past week and I finally ventured out to replenish food. There are 2 doors and when I was walking in a young employee stopped me to inform me this is an exit. Mind you I was 2 steps from the actual store floor. I stated I was unaware by since I was there "are you saying I cannot enter but have to go back out into the cold snowy ground and go around?" She stated rudely yes I would. I told her that as long as I've shipped at Sprouts I've never experienced a rude employee like her which she shrugged her shoulders. I did go out and go into the other door but as I was there I thought how mean an unnecessary what she did was and chose to simply leave. I'm a senior and had it been clear off an entrance vs exit that would not have been a problem but with ice on the ground to be sent back out into a potentially dangerous situation was just uncalled for. No, I will not be able to shopping at this location again and I sure hope this is not the customer service experience that Sprouts is heading down. Unhappy grandma

Sprouts, what happened to you? You used to be the go to store for produce. I hadn't been in a while and recently signed up for an account. Went to the Colfax store in Denver and discovered that the blueberries I purchased were soft and mealy. Returned them to the Wheatridge store and purchased strawberries instead. 50% were moldy and rotten. 3 days after my initial purchase at the Colfax store I discovered that the assortment of cherry tomatoes that I purchased had a major mold issue growing under the top layer. 3 different issues is more than coincidence. I call it poor quality control and I am disappointed in your company.

Please go to Yelp and read my review regarding the Denver Colorado, Arapahoe store. The carts and baskets were filthy and they are not being sanitized properly, there are no wipes available for customers to wipe the handles of the carts and baskets. Thanks, JF

Employees all had masks on except the guy cutting my deli meat. Had a mask over his beard but not his mouth. He should have been most important one to wear a mask.

The cashiers are really not very helpful. The majority of the time you have to stand in line forever and when you have a question, they provide the least information they possibly can. When it comes to gift cards, find it yourself or they might take one out of the drawer that they can’t put cash on.

I've been shopping at Sprouts in Phoenix, AZ for a few years now and normally have a great experience. I usually go to the meat department and purchase my meat from the counter there. Usually there are hamburger patties premade in the case but this last visit there weren't so I asked the person behind the counter if he would be able to make some. He informed me that Sprout's doesn't do that. Really?? I've bought them this way multiple times premade or asked them to be made. Very disappointing customer service.
