Sprouts, what happened to you? You used to be the go to store for produce. I hadn't been in a while and recently signed up for an account. Went to the Colfax store in Denver and discovered that the blueberries I purchased were soft and mealy. Returned them to the Wheatridge store and purchased strawberries instead. 50% were moldy and rotten. 3 days after my initial purchase at the Colfax store I discovered that the assortment of cherry tomatoes that I purchased had a major mold issue growing under the top layer. 3 different issues is more than coincidence. I call it poor quality control and I am disappointed in your company.

Please go to Yelp and read my review regarding the Denver Colorado, Arapahoe store. The carts and baskets were filthy and they are not being sanitized properly, there are no wipes available for customers to wipe the handles of the carts and baskets. Thanks, JF

Employees all had masks on except the guy cutting my deli meat. Had a mask over his beard but not his mouth. He should have been most important one to wear a mask.

The cashiers are really not very helpful. The majority of the time you have to stand in line forever and when you have a question, they provide the least information they possibly can. When it comes to gift cards, find it yourself or they might take one out of the drawer that they can’t put cash on.

I've been shopping at Sprouts in Phoenix, AZ for a few years now and normally have a great experience. I usually go to the meat department and purchase my meat from the counter there. Usually there are hamburger patties premade in the case but this last visit there weren't so I asked the person behind the counter if he would be able to make some. He informed me that Sprout's doesn't do that. Really?? I've bought them this way multiple times premade or asked them to be made. Very disappointing customer service.

I remember almost 2 years ago I was told by an employee that Sprouts was looking to move their prices to Whole Food's pricing. Well, their prices are even higher now. I can buy many of the same products from other supermarkets or stores. I priced out 5 items and they were the highest. Silk soy milk, Whole Food $4.99, Safeway $4.99 and Sprouts on sale at $5.99, off sale price over $6.00. Things like their bell peppers are so small and much higher in price. Do a little shopping and save money. I don't shop there anymore. I also noticed on Facebook they only have 3 stars.

You know, there are few things that keep us interested in good, healthy food in East Texas. I live an hour from Sprouts but I was certainly excited about cooking Thaii food this evening and weekend for my kids and their friends. What a shame to be pushed to the side. I don’t believe the notice I got that there was some kind of a “run” on pickup service today. It’s not a holiday. I’d apologize for this if I wads notified just how many orders mine was with. High demand. I bet no one from Insta Cart wanted to come in in the rain on a Saturday. You know, had I been notified by noon, I could have made plans for FRESH instead. As it is, Sprouts has made sure we all eat from Walmart (again) for the rest of the weekend.

Nightmare. They advertise food they never have in store. So when instacart shopper goes, I always end up.with substitutions that are higher priced not on sale. Today 50 percent of what i.ordered wasn't available mostly produce and deli.

Don’t do it! I have been using Whole Foods delivery for about 2 years, I decided to try Sprouts delivery this past weekend, what a disappointment. Seems the people shopping don’t have a clue that there is a difference between ORGANIC and non organic fruit ( or probably anything) ! Do better Sprouts! I ordered all Organic fruit, raspberries, blueberries, oranges etc, I received all non organic items ( also they were not out of items, or else they would have text me to see if I wanted a substitute) This person shopping probably had no clue that there was a difference between Organic produce and non organic, very sad and disappointed ☹️ I would NEVER use their delivery service again. Sticking with Whole Foods delivery!!

Over the past three years of my weekly shopping experience, the quality of SPROUTS fresh produce/foods and shelf items has plummeted. Although, Customer Service has been good and consistent. Food/beverage prices are ridiculously expensive for some brand items at other grocery stores cost less. I find that produce quality is inconsistent. I am disappointed to see Shelf items expire or about to expire then marked down for sale. Store managers should be sharp enough to smell the order that meats and produce puts off when going bad and discard it before placing it out for sell. 🤦‍♂️ Fresh produce has been on the edge of rotting or showing signs of mold. This used to be one of my favorite places for grocery… I’m now in search of new organic farmers market 🤷‍♂️

Back when Sprouts was Boneys And then it was renamed Henry’s, it was an amazing store. Even after they change the name AGAIN to Sprouts, it was still a good store until KROGER KROGER bought it. Then grocery PRICES At SPROUTS almost doubled. Because KROGER has become a MONOPOLIZER of the Grocery business. KROGER grocery corporation now, Owns SPROUTS, ALBERTSONS, VONS, SAFEWAY, LUCKY foods, FOOD BASKET, FOOD for LESS, FRY’S, DILLON’S, CITY MARKET, FRED MEYERS. What does this mean when A company like KROGER owns this many grocery stores? They HAVE a MONOPOLY! if you’re not sure what It means to have a monopoly, when a company like KROGER owns ALL of these stores the CUSTOMERS will pay MUCH MUCH more money, because there are no other competing stores to buy Groceries which helps keep the prices lower To CUSTOMERS due to COMPETITION of other grocery stores. If there are no other competing grocery stores, guess what, KROGER can set the prices and what are you gonna do about it? As a customer you do NOT have a choice to go to other Grocery stores, because KROGER OWNS and controls CONTROLS ALL of them!!!!!

Terrible customer service at Sprouts which never does not get high ratings. They average below the norm in customer reviews and for a good reason. I’ve shopped only at burbank Sprouts but one of the employees fibbed about me saying I said something rude when I never talk to anyone when I shop. I am very quiet and shy so I was surprised when I got an email saying I’d said something rude to either a customer or employee at the burbank store. The store did not offer any further details. I hope the management closes the burbank store. It loses money and is not their busiest location.

Sunday I returned a bottle of Spicy Orange Sauce that was purchased the previous Tuesday but we discovered it had expired two months ago. The manager repeatedly apologized and refunded my money and pulled the other six bottles off the shelf that all had the same expiration date of two months ago. Sounds great right? But then my wife goes there two days later and finds all the expired bottles back on the shelf. THEY KNOWINGLY PUT EXPIRED PRODUCTS BACK ON THE SHELF TO SELL! They advertise themselves as “committed to socially responsible, lawful, and ethical business practices.” That’s funny.
