“Our trip to St. Martin was very well organized thanks to St. Martin Blue. From the airport pickup to car rental drop off and grocery delivery everything went smoothly. Our concierge checked in to make sure we were set and we felt well taken care of. One minor point of the vacation was that we rented a boat excursion through St. Martin Blue and the marina was quite a distance from the Villa through a treacherous mountain pass. It would have been better to have a marina closer to the Villa. Also, our boat rental was for a boat with a bathroom and we were given an older boat without one, which was a disappointment but our boat captain was friendly and knowledgeable so it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great trip.”

“Was greeted at the airport. Driven to the villa and met our Concierage. Giovanni was always helpful. The cleaning lady was delightful. Overall great experience”

“Upon arrival we were given the keys to Aqua Azul. As soon as we entered the condo I knew something was wrong. I didn’t have Wi-Fi and had to go the Italian restaurant to call you. After waiting in the condo for over an hour, the security guard and housekeeper arrived and confirmed we were in the wrong unit. We were then escorted to Artimino. This ordeal is very concerning and the condo owners should be aware that keys are had out haphazardly.”

“We have had a fantastic experience with St Martin Blue but wasn't really thrilled with Property Ink which I believe is just a subsidiary of your company in St Martin. The Concierge when we arrived at the house was less than helpful and didn't provide us with any information. The person I was texting with, Andrew, wasn't much help either as we did not have a working TV the entire week. Hope we don't need to go through that company again.”

“In general, we were very pleased with the overall services of St Martin Blue. They were always response to my requests and inquiries and proactively sent out information regarding our visit and our villa. Our local concierge was helpful but we had some challenges in getting our Covid test results in the promised time frame even though we paid for a local nurse to come to the villa to perform the test Again, overall we were pleased and would use their services again”

“We had a wonderful holiday in a very beautiful and luxurious villa with an incredibly beautiful view. There were also very beautiful beaches nearby and fun trips to the nearby islands with opportunities for snorkeling/diving. It was a vacation we will never forget.”

“St. Martin Blue and Le Mas Caraibes both surpassed my expectations. The home was beautiful and the concierge service both prior to arrival and upon arrival was such a huge help when traveling with two small children. The extras like pre-stocking groceries, car rental drop-off at home, transfer, restaurant and beach club recommendations- made the trip flawless. Thank you so much, we can't wait to go back!”

“Every house we have ever stayed at in the St. Martin Blue collection has exceeded expectations and our 2021 experience was no exception. The house was in mint condition, service was flawless and when we had a problem (of our own making), our on-island concierge swooped in and took care of the issue. The professionalism and dedication to customer service represents hospitality at its finest--something ever rarer these days and therefore all the more precious. We are already looking forward to our next visit to St. Martin.”

“The property is beautiful, but in terms of service and relaxation, a few key things are missing. Housekeeping is not very thorough and asked me to help her with her tasks. I don’t mean to sound entitled but we pay to relax. Additionally, essentials like soap, shampoo, and conditioner aren’t replaced after your initial tiny bottle. Small inconveniences like that aggregate in so that your experience is dampened a little bit. The privacy of a villa is nice, but housekeeping and concierge of a hotel is better.”
