“ This company lies. It does not adhere to it's T&C . I ordered a wedding dress, which I was assured I could return, if it didn't fit properly. I had to send photos to prove the fit was bad. They then offered me £15 refund, stating I could keep the dress and re-sell it!! it is not my policy to sell their dress..... They now have made no contact with me at all despite all my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTANT ”

“ If I could give zero stars I would! This company should be avoided at all cost. They are a complete scam and will not provide returns slips or information on how to return items that don't fit. Despite the return information on their website, they absolutely WILL NOT accept returns and they don't have a customer service team available to talk to. Please save yourself the hassle and don't buy from this supplier. ”
