To my knowledge, the desk I ordered 9 days ago has not shipped. That's not a great experience. I called last week and was told it would ship in a few days. If it has, I have no notification.

I have not recieved my desk top yet. The Fedx tracker originally said I would receive it today but it now shows as pending.

My initial order was “misplaced”. I called for over a week until I was able to speak with a live person only to find out my order was delayed. Very slow process and the wait time via the phone is ridiculous. The help line portal was no better as no one ever returned my call. Thank you!

Desk arrived on time. Assembly was easy. Desk is a good height for me and I'm 5'7". I do like it, however it arrived with scratches in several places. It looks to be made from some sort of wood composite with white, wood looking veneer as the finish. Since there are no close up photos of the finish I was actually surprised by this as I thought it would have been a smooth white finish, not wooden looking. In several of the corners the veneer has been chipped off. I can only guess because of shipping. The box was falling apart when it arrived and one corner of the box was completely ripped open. Overall I am a little worried about the quality of the desk and how it will hold up over time. I am worried more of the veneer finish will chip and this desk will look very bad. For now however, the scratches are mostly hidden or I can touch them up with paint. I will say, after putting it together I wish I would have spent a little more money and got a better quality desk or waited for this to go on sale.

Customer Service Rep was professional nice and very quickly resolved my issue thank you. The issue was how your site gave an approval and moments later gave a suspicious message that it was processed I got an email saying it was processed but no email stating it wasn't processed it felt like a scam since I received the approved email I almost ignore the message. In the new world that's not cool. I'm now concerned about the product.

As I mentioned when we spoke on the phone last week your original order was cancelled due to our automated fraud protection software. It flagged your order based on the IP address for whatever reason! It can be finicky sometimes with IP addresses that it flags. However, your order is confirmed and is actually already shipped out and you should expect your new desk by the end of the day tomorrow! Still working with Support to get the front brace and missing parts issues fixed. So far, there's been no resolution to my email sent on 04-26-19. My desk crank assembly was not attached to the desk, and there is no way to do so. And, the front brace is too short.

My order arrived within 5 or 6 days. I did not receive any shipping confirmation by email and was left to wonder 3 or 4 days after I ordered why it's still not shipped. The package arrived the day after I tried to go on the web site to check shipping status. There were two blemishes on the black stopper on the beige color desk top. I had to use black paint to cover the chipped sides. It was not surprising to have those blemishes as the desk top was not adequately padded for shipping protection inside the big box. Hope the company will better these two issues for future orders of the product.

Now that I have it assembled, I like my standing desk very much. It's as nice or better than I expected. I also appreciate how the product was packaged and delivered. This may be the best functional packaging I've ever expereinced. The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars was the assembly process. The instructions left out many important details. Specifically, there was no guidance on how the gears within 1 and 2 were to be oriented. (It turns out it doesn't matter). Getting 8 in was a bear, and the only way to do so was to release the cotter pin-things to make the adjustment. This was no0t reveaed. I had to guess at what what you meant by the rotation pole needs to go deeper in the leg., and my rotation pole did not snap into place beacause the holes were not aligned with the pin. Part 14 went into another part which was not identified in the sintructions, and I ws looking for a cover for the hole that 14 goes into (in 2). So great preoduct, great packaging, horrible assembly expereince which could have been avoided with better instructions.

It was useful and did exactly what I states it does. I'd recommend giving clear directions with distinct red colors for caution dealing with fingers being smashed, weight limit,etc. The fact that once it gets to a certain lowering threshold and slams down is somewhat bothersome and cold be dangerous. overall I give it a 85/100

The desk are great, but we ordered a white one and got a maple one instead. Due to the hassle of having to return it, we opted to keep it. We ended up making a second order and opted to get a few more maple so our office would match. All white would have been preferred.

The Stand Steady product: X-Elite Pro Stand Steady Desk atop Converter, and the Flex Pro model 31 are truly outstanding. Perhaps the distributer of these products are experiencing growing pains, but due to several shipment and order mistakes, my orders had been delayed. Nonetheless, the Company has quckly taken appropriate responsibility in an attempt to resolve any shipment problems. At the same time, I highly recommend purchase of their of there superb products. The Stand Steady desk has made a major difference in relieving my back and leg pain from sitting too long while using my computer.
