“Great products, very quick support personnel, however, it would be great if the company sent their replacement parts via a faster mechanism. Took me a week to receive replacement parts in continental US.”
“Overall, I am pleased. The desk arrived via UPS very quickly, in less than a week, which was faster than I expected. However, when I opened the box, I discovered that the bag of hardware - with all of the screws, bolts, and washers - had broken open during shipping. All of the items were strewn throughout the box, and I had to remove all of the desk parts and packing material to find all of the tiny little items. Luckily, I was able to find everything, which was a miracle, considering that the box had been damaged enough that some of the screws could easily have fallen out. Maybe you could revisit the way those items are packed. Everything else seemed to be packaged appropriately and was undamaged.”

Came in 3 boxes...main desk and 2 drawer kits.
Pretty easy to put together.. the packaging was pretty solid...but handling make the hardware bag break...fortunately we were able to find all screws and washers.
The clamped on second shelf is pretty sturdy. However it does cause monitors to shake at the slightest movement. Would suggest a third clamp or support bar for the middle.
Lastly the drawers...no pilot holes. I would have liked to see some pilot holes. Was not too difficult to screw in but would be helpful for alignment when ordering a non clamped on set.
Overall plenty of desk space. The crank is easy to use. Seems like quality materials.”
“I got the Tranzendesk 55" Crank Standing Desk. It was reasonably easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. I wanted a desk that went as low as 27.0 inches, which this was supposed to be. However, it is 27 in from the floor to the *bottom* of the table surface *after* the feet have been totally removed from the legs...so the table surface is actually at almost 28 in.”
“Overall, I'm very happy with my desk. It shipped quickly (albeit from California, not Virginia), and it's a sturdy piece. The only drawback is that it does wobble. This is my second standing desk, and both have suffered this same flaw. Typing, bumping, or leaning too heavily make my monitor shake a little. The higher you make it, the more it shakes. The desk is put together properly, and it's on carpet, so leveling is not the issue; it's just a problem inherent in the design. Anything that adjusts and is built on I-shaped frame is going to shake somewhat because the support is in the center. It will never be as stationary as a desk that has all four corners supported. It seems this is just the trade-off for a desk that adjusts to any height. But it's a quality piece, and it was the right purchase for me.”
“The ordering and delivery of the stand was as expected. Setup was fairly easy. I just was it was a couple inches deeper so I can push the monitors back a little further. It feels like I'm right on top of them whether I'm sitting or standing.”
“It's being used as a model wok station. The only two issues I have with it are:
1. Came with a big dent in the base. Does not affect usage, but annoying with a brand new item.
2. The screws holding the drop leaves are already loss after only a week of light use. I will probably take them off to use some teflon tape on the treads and see if that helps.
Would still recommend the product, but would recommend people avoid the drop leaf version.”
“So far I'm thrilled! Assembly was easy and fairly quick. The desk is easily adjustable. The shelf for monitors went on easy, too! I'm just patiently waiting for my keyboard shelf to show up. A little discouraged that it is so delayed compared to the other two items I ordered.”
“Bought product as a present for my husband. He really enjoyed it, but the instructions jumped in a section. I'm also a bit worried that after a bit of use, I'm worried that the piece in the middle that makes both sides go up and down will dull after a while and no longer move. But overall, he is super happy with the product! :)”

“I purchased and have been using the Tranzendesk 55" Dueal Level Crank Standing Desk for about 7 months now. A standing desk was recommended to me by my physical therapist after I pulled a disc out in my back. I did not have any problems with shipping or putting it together. It works great and I still love it. The only problem is the keyboard sits on the desk and its too low to type. If the top shelf raised or lowered too it might make a difference. I have to use something to make the keyboard higher but it is floppy because of it. Really though that's my only complaint and I am sure eventually I'll find something to use that will make it more steady. This is a good company to deal with.”
