The desk is OK, though it arrived damaged. Perhaps no fault of Stand Steady, but I've seen other reviews stating desks arrived damaged, so perhaps it is. When I first ordered the desk, my autofill apparently entered my P.O. box for shipment which, of course, won't work for a full-size desk. However, even though my order confirmation said the desk would ship in just a few days, I realized two weeks later that I hadn't heard anything. When I reached out, customer service claimed someone sent me a communication letting me know they didn't have a valid shipping address, but I never received that one communication. They had both my email AND phone number. They did not apologize for the confusion but, instead, made it sound like it was my stupid fault thinking a desk could be delivered to a P.O. box. I sent them a correspondence after the whole experience letting them know that they could improve their order site by checking for invalid shipping addresses. I also mentioned that they should have worked harder to get in touch with me, since they had plenty of information. I did not get a response. I couldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a stand-up desk converter from Stand Steady. The item was not delivered as it was damaged and was deemed undeliverable by UPS. This was not Stand Steady's fault. What is their fault is the lack of response. I've called their customer service line several times during their posted business hours, but only got through to voicemail. I've left several messages, but have not gotten a call back. My first email to the company asked for a reply ASAP, explaining that if I did not hear back quickly, I would need to find another solution. I have now sent multiple emails to cancel the order before they shipped a new unit out, but have only gotten one reply stating a new unit would be shipped. So far, they have ignored all emails asking to cancel the order. Their site states 24/7 chat, but no chat link is posted. I find the inability to contact customer service, and their lack of any timely response to my calls and emails unacceptable and will not be doing business with this company in the future.

I did not receive all the hardware to build the desk. The hardware was loose throughout the box instead of in a sealed bag. I called to have them send the hardware again and it took 6 days to receive it and I STILL DID NOT receive all the necessary hardware. I’m appalled with this purchase and lack of organization amongst this company.

it's been over 4-10 business days, and I still don't have the product :( why would you ask a for a review of the product before a customer receives the order? is there something messed up in your system that you think i have already received the order? pretty disappointing so far.

Your Desk is still on it's way under FedEx tracking number 771241505301. It's currently expected to arrive Tuesday! If if does not arrive by then or if you have any questions, please let me know. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They will never ship your order, their customer service gives you the run around. I ordered 4 weeks ago, they charged my card at the time of order, you can't call them, I emailed with them every other day and they gave me the run around for 4 weeks and NEVER shipped my order. I even reached out to the CEO and nothing changed. STAY AWAY from this company. It was the WORST experience I have ever had with the company

Unfortunately at the time you ordered we were dealing with compounded issues of delays from FedEx due to COVID-19 and a massive system shutdown at our parent company. Hi Annmarie, We sincerely apologize for the delay! Your order has been shipped by our warehouse but has not been scanned by FedEx. FedEx is experiencing delays in scanning packages because of overcapacity within their network due to COVID-19. We are currently investing the root cause of this issue! Obviously not subject to any engineering review or testing. Non-ergonomic. Basically non-functional trash worthy only for scrap.

I have still not received the product that I purchased and supposedly it arrived in Petaluma two days ago but they don't seem to be able to get it to me from there which is the next city 10 minutes away. I was happy with the process of buying and talking to the person who took my order but I'm losing my happiness with all the time is taking to get it.

I purchased the desk cuz it made it sound easy to raise up n down. And due to the virus I am working from home n medically unable to sit all shift due to 3 herniations n several back surgeries I require a desk that raises n sits it's too heavy to raise up all the way to sit down and it's a strain to raise it up To my height so I'm doing stuff I cant do to lift it up and I have to find someone to come over and help me put it down to sit so find myself forced to sit or stand when I dont have help. It needs to be clear in the add that it is not n easy raise up or drop down do the many who require it like me do not purchase your desk

Note, the power point is informational but I need some consistency with meeting arrange appointment to be met. I keep calling to setting appointment and being push back, while I'm taking time off from work to get this training done. I'm not happy about this at all.
