Good product, good follow thru. That said, bought 24"burner pan with 18" burner ring. Needed just the whistle free flex connector to complete the install, not the entire DIY installation kit. The website says it comes with. Somewhat confusing. In any event, had to search and buy the flex connector locally. Other than that, am happy with the product.

Very nice product, but it took about three weeks to get delivered. We were in a hurry for it and didn’t expect that sort of lead time. If you want the product, make sure you factor in plenty of lead time.

Starfire Direct and the staff are great. I am disappointed by the fire pit I purchased however and this is most likely due to the cheap price I paid. It looks MUCH better on line and in photos, but in person - not so much..... I've had two other fire pits at my home for 20 years, one in concrete, and the other in steel - and they're going to last forever! I am very certain the fire pit I just purchased from Starfire Direct won't last very long. It just seems very cheaply constructed.

They have sent 3 notices that the order is in and shipped was supposed to get product yesterday. No notification about when it is arriving

Hello, I see you placed your order on 10/7, and it shipped shipped via FedEx on 10/12 and was delivered the next day on 10/13. A tracking email was sent at 12:03 on 10/12. I can't seem to find any notification error? Was there a mistake here that we're not aware of? Starfire Direct

Hello, Our shipping and receiving experience with our order did not go well. -We were notified that our firepit would we shipping. We were going to be out of town that week and were worried that the shipment would arrive and no one would be home. I called SFD to see if I could delay the shipment. I was assured by Gloria in shipping, that once the shipment arrived in Phoenix that I could schedule my delivery with R&L carriers after we returned from our trip. A day later we get a call from the carrier that the firepit was here and they wanted to deliver the next day. I asked to delay the delivery by a few days and was told that I would be charged for storage. I was told that a customer service rep would call me about delivery and they never did. I called them back and found out that the delivery was scheduled for the next day. We had to delay our trip one day so that we would be at home for the delivery. Overall the product is great, however the shipping process needs improvement. The notification process was quick leaving no time to contact and request a delay. Your R&L carrier is not receptive to any scheduling modification. Thanks, Mark P.S. someone needs to tell Guillermo Venegas that his voicemail box is always full and we can never speak with him. Thanks.

I think that shipping needs a review. This is glass, it needs protection during delivery. Customer service did not know details for how the purchase is protected.

In hindsight I could have saved a few bucks buying from Bentinto shape directly, don’t know why they are undercutting you

The products themselves were nice but the discription LF the glass is a little misleading. 1 10lb won’t cover the gas line, let alone the burner and parts.

Let me start out by saying i hope it is just the timeing (carona) when i made my purchase in checkout it said ships in 3-5 days so that is what i told my client. Then after i wait 3-5 days, i still had no info except that they didnt put my money on hold but actually took it before anything was even done. So then i check the status money taken order unfulfilled and has not shipped.So i got on a chat and was assured that it would ship the next monday. Now mind you it has already been like 7 business days.it is now friday after that monday and i should get it this coming tuesday. My point is dont expect any kind of delivery in a timely fashion. The funny thing is i didn't mean to do this but i ended up ordering shirts from china through a disguised company and i got those faster. I may try them again because the quality looks great. Just not when time sensitive.

Pretty stuff . Bought it for an art project. Looks like it will work out well. Not sure if it will be financially doable on large pieces but I like how it works on small jobs. Thanks

We love the product, but the item was delivered before I received the notification of shipment. The notification of shipment was received on Friday, June 5th but the fire pit was delivered on Tuesday, June 2nd. It was delivered to my house without a call or email. Thank goodness my wife was home to receive it. Otherwise it may have been left at the wrong house or damaged.

when first trying to order thru chat no response. then I called got Steven on phone super GREAT. then I waited 1 week for word of order being sent nothing got Mitchell on Chat told me he spoke to warehouse and order was going out that day,nothing. call next day got Steven again YES he said he would speak with warehouse and get back to me within 3 minutes of talking to him I got e-mail from Steven saying order would ship later afternoon with tracking numbers. steven great give him a bonus.

I took the time to search several suppliers of fire rings, among the suppliers I reviewed Starfire and American Fire Glass among others. I decided to buy the Starfire ring because the video on your website made a good impression on me. I purchased a 24” fire ring from Starfire but I received a fire ring made by American Fire Glass, while it seems fine, it clearly not have a sealed or raised gas hub or staggered burner ports. I’m also unclear if this qualifies for American Fire Glass life time warranty since I did not purchase directly from American Fire Glass, I hope it turns out to be a quality fire ring but it is a little disheartening that I did not receive the fire ring I ordered.
