“The pieces weren’t all consistent in size. Most will have to be broken up more for my purposes. Just extra work, but I can use it. Probably won’t be ordering more unless I can’t find a better version.”

“The customer service help was awesome and he was very helpful BUT....I submitted the order on a monday and I was promised that it would ship on tuesday for a friday delivery. I had an installer scheduled for install on saturday for my wifes birthday. Instead it did not ship until wednesday. Which means that it was not due to arrive until monday. Had to reschedule my installer and find a new birthday present for the wife. : (”

“The packaging was terrible 2 out of the 3 packages , the bags of different colors had opened up and the colors had mixed it took me several hours to sort out the colors , this was an unnecessary waste of my time”

“The quality of the fire glass wasn’t the same as past fire glass purchase. The pieces were much smaller. Past purchase of same glass was larger pieces. Service was 5 star, product was 2 star.”

“The order was to include all items needed to set up a 30 inch fire ring. However, no elbow, no couplers, no flared ips fittings to connect gas hoses. Either these fittings were not shipped or the gas hoses included didn't have any ips connection fittings. It took time and additional expense. However, the fire ring is working beautifully with marble 1/2 inch rock for color.”

Mr. Meyer, Thank you for your review. We typically send these kits complete with everything that you need, so I apologize you were missing an elbow and flared fitting. We will refund you the difference for these parts, as you had to purchase them elsewhere. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
