“Beautiful fire pit - well constructed, quality item. Delivered well in advance of shipped estimate. Excellent communication throughout the process. I found Starfire Direct randomly on the internet. They had a firepit that fit all of my size requirements and needs, so I took a chance on them. So glad I did! I highly, highly recommend them!”

“Delivery was significantly delayed after I was told it would be early. Communiations/follow up problems between Starfire and Prism. Form emails and responses to my requests for updates. Had to chase down white glove delivery.”
