Good afternoon; I sent this letter to you in an email on Dec 31 after I received my shipment. You may want to check your mail as I have yet to received any sort of responce. I have LOTS and LOTS of emails trying to sell me more stuff. >>> Well my order FINALY arrived yesterday and much to my surprise, I had to pay 21.03$ in duty and service charges. I have several orders of cables from you and never had to pay. The Duty was 8.53$ and a service fee of 12.50$ that DHL charged. I ordered this on Dec 3rd and got it yesterday Dec. 30 AND had to pay an extra $20.03. The original offer was for buy 2 get one free, but that changed overnight when I went back to order. So, I settled with just getting the two. They took forever to arrive, so they didn't make it for Xmas. And now I have to pay 21.03 extra. I was so pleased with the way the first few transactions were handled, but this is not a great way to win over customers. 21.03$ Extra. The shipping on this order was extremely bad all round. There was no response from the company, even after I downloaded their app that didn't do anything at all but sit there and say nothing until Xmas eve when it told me to contact the supplier if i had any questions. I really would like an explanation. I scanned the shipping bag and my receipt for paying the extra charges so you can see I'm not making any of this up.

This is the worst company for customer service. I need to know how to return the product and no one had gotten back to me. I ordered this BEFORE Christmas and just got it a week ago. Will NEVER order here again!!!!

Their customer service is practically nonexistent. Then finally after more than a month and after a later order showed up first. I finally got the wrong order. I’m not trying to deal with little to no customer service and late, wrong orders. I’m done with this company.

Love the concept and the materials used. However, one thing is the 3-ft cable is quite slow charging. And secondly, the magnet needs to be stronger. While in use on my tablet, the magnet loses connection often.

These little things are amazing.....Like the length and the cool light up around the cord....Easy to use. And change out for different connectors.....Great idea.....Ready to order more products from them..... Happy Customers!

The charging equipment was not compatible with my version 1 iPad Air Pro, but works flawlessly with my current verision. Also works with my Android phones. I do wish the magnet was a little stronger, as it can be knocked off more easily than I like. I bought the 10' power cords & they provide a lot of flexibility in movement. Cord managers are included which is a very nice touch. Overall I love it and would strongly recommend.

Terrible Communication...IMPOSSIBLE! Without that I had no way of knowing IF or WHEN items would be shipped. after 7 day I sent an email to cancel the items. Crikets The idea were sent after 18 day. When they arrived I refused. TERRIBLE COMPANY!! Contacted Chase to file a compaint,

Like the product, but had a shipping ( my Fault) So I sent an email, realizing the issue.not a complete address, so I requested another one. Then a few days later the original one showed up & I trying to find out where to return the original. HETTL 5468 Union Pacific Ave Commerce, CA 90022 is the return address on the package. I don’t want to be charged for two.

I wish I could rate it a zero out of five. I haven't received updates on the order since the day of purchase (12/15/2024). The tracking number only gave me an error message stating that no tracking information was available for the item. Contacting customer service gave me an automated message that did not address my concerns. I've been trying to contact them for days, but there is still no response. You're better off buying other products somewhere else.

I advise that you try to get delivers out faster. You're study selling, selling and selling NO DELIVERIES. I can't rate what I don't have. Seems to me you're getting ahead of yourself. Not happy at all. Maybe I need to warn people NO SHOW MERCHANDISE hold on ordering. You also gave me a non reachable tracking number.
