“Paid a little over $50.00 for my merchandise on December 13th. According to them items were sent December 24th. It's now January 28th and I still don't have my items. Every time I send an email they tell me the same thing. Rest assured your items are on the way. I say bull_ _ _ _!”

“The product works as advertised a meets expectations after 1 week's use. That's a plus. However it took 40 days for receipt of the order. Your support website was relatively unresponsive, despite many status queries. This situation was a strong negative to the point that I was considering canceling the order.
Why not practice honesty with your customers from the outset and create a realistic delivery expectation from the beginning?
Because of the effectiveness of your solution, I will be placing another order, this time with the proper delivery expectation and thus without the prior frustration.
Finally, you should consider manufacturing your product in the USA, even if there is an increase in cost. The product would be of value even at twice the price.
