“Took over 30 days to receive my product of 2 charging cords. The cords magnetic ends disconnect much too easily. Not what I expected. Might consider ordering on Amazon if I decide to purchase additional products for faster shipping.”
“I placed 2 orders a couple days apart. When I asked for a tracking number I received the same number for both orders. I received st123948 but not order st123085. I texted saying what I received. They came back saying they were both in package. As far as I'm concerned they stole $46.15 from me.”
“Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. On December 9th I ordered the wireless tire pump I did not receive it until December 30th, I emailed statik numerous times looking for a tracking number no response. It got to the point where I had to get PayPal involved, I finally received my order only to find out it did not work. Email statik again with no response got PayPal involved and walla I finally received a response. With in two weeks I received a new pump, I haven't used it yet so no update. There probably a good company but they need to respond to their customers a lot faster. So at the end of everything it took almost two months to receive my order. Thanks John”

“This is such a neat idea. It works well and the cables look good too. All of the regular cables fail when you use your phone while it is charging. So far the Statik cable has done well. The only problem we've seen is a temporary loss of connection sometimes when the cable is moved.”
“I was not notified that my product was out of stock. I found out by sifting thru FB posts. It explains why it took too long for my order to arrive. My husband has already lost one of the magnetic charging tips. The magnetic connection could be much stronger. I will not be ordering from Stakik in the future.”
“No contact from company for 5 weeks after order, including 6 ignored emails from me. First shipment received 7 weeks after order, and the wrong color cables were sent. Still no response from company regarding this issue. Cables will not work with certain blocks, and do not allow data transfer. This makes them quite impractical to what I purchased them for, use in an ambulance.
Second shipment received 2 weeks later. Power bank charges quickly, but doesn’t maintain a lot of power. I like that it is smaller than other power banks, but it also tends to disconnect and fall easily causing concern it may get lost if I move around too much.”
“The cables are great. The problem is the outlets you plug them into. Weather its the phone plug, a general fast charging plug or a power strip with USB plugs everything says it's slow charging.”
“Place two orders, one on 11/30/24 and a second on 12/1/24. So far only two items have been delivered from the November 30th order and none from the December 1st order. Plus one of the items delivered from the November order is the wrong item (incorrect charger). NUMEROUS emails sent to customer support with no responses to 99% of them. Terrible service! Don't know about the product quality since they do not deliver.”
